Un sejur minunat si speram sa mai revenim suntem cu ochii pe voi!

Mic dejun diversificat foarte foarte bun. Locatia superba!

Ce m-a deranjat putin a fost pe partea de spa. Am vrut masaj si doamna era in concediu de aceea am mers si noi pana la urma. La bazin sa zic cat de cat ok bazinul jacuzii era bun dar ce m-a deranjat au fost geamurile .Toate geamurile erau murdare a inceput un domn sa le curete la un moment dat dupa care s-a oprit si au ramas asa tot sejurul deci nu prea vedeai afara si nu arata bine. Daca ati rezolva problema asta adica un grup sanitar care sa se ocupe asa cum trebuie de partea de bazin ar fi lux totul .In rest nu am ce comenta! Am dormit super bine!

Personalul foarte amabil, toate facilitățile din hotel, atât pentru parinti cat și pentru copiii. Mâncarea foarte bună și variata. Foarte curat.

NU RECOMAND

Camerele destul de curate, mâncarea acceptabila.

-Prețul mâncării este cam ,,piperat” -Apa din jacuzzi miroase urat -Apa din piscina mare foarte rece, pe internet scrie 28-29 grade însă are maxim 23-24 -Lifturile merg doar după ce te chinui de 3-4 ori de fiecare data. -Personalul deloc drăguț. -Micul dejun trebuia sa fie in regim ,,bufet suedez”, însă dimineața te aștepta un angajat sa te întrebe dacă mănânci omleta simpla sau cu cașcaval… -In camera termostatul este pus de fațadă, temperatura este setată de către hotel. -Capacul la cada lipsește și nu poți sa umpli cada. Pentru prețul de 1544 RON /3nopti , este prea mult pentru ce oferă.

Excelentă

Hotelul este super. Am fost cazati intr-un apartament deluxe, la etajul 5, absolut superb. Apartamentul arata impecabil, super curat si o mobila superba. Balcon si o priveliste superba. Staff-ul foarte dragut pe toata durata sejurului. Piscina foarte curata si calda. Mic-dejunul foarte gustos, cu foarte multe optiuni, atat pentru noi cat si pentru cea mica. Locul de joaca din interior foarte frumos si interactiv. De asemenea, si locul de joaca din exterior a fost o optiune buna pentru noi. Mancarea din restaurant a fost excelenta in fiecare zi. Am mancat ciorba de burta, ciorba de vacuta, pui la ceaun (care ne-a depasit toate asteptarile), papanasi. Mancarea a fost foarte gustoasa iar pretul a fost cinstit pentru calitate si vust. De altfel, servirea a fost rapida si ospatarii au fost foarte draguti si atenti cu noi. Fetita noastra a primit laptic gratis de la bar. Sunt gesturi mici, care pentru noi conteaza si au contribuit pentru o vacanta perfecta. Vom reveni in aproximativ o luna cu bunicii si suntem nerabdatori. Multumim!

Nu a tost nimic care sa nu ne placa.

Un weekend excelent

Camerele curate, spațioase . Piscina destul de mare, cu apa calda. Micul dejun variat și totul proaspăt.

Scările se la intrarea în hotel te cam descurajează când trebuie sa cari un troler, liftul e pana la etajul 4, la etajul 5 urci bagajele pe scări.. La piscina este un bar dar nu găsești pe nimeni sa poți comanda.

Inchideti restaurantul!

Camerele spatioase Atmosfera placuta - caldura la discretie Zona de relaxare (piscina) Mic dejun ok

1. Principalul minus, restaurantul- mancarea care nu a fost nici proaspata, nici gustoasa, nici diversa... 2. Apoi lipsa de curatenie din camere (mocheta neaspirata) chiar si dupa venirea room service-ului 3. Parcarea nu a fost dezapezita- la ora 15 si inca erau mormane de zapada, lucru care impiedica parcarea 4. Personal neinstruit, parca le era frica sa iti raspunda sau sa te ajute... 5. Loc de joaca interior plin de praf

Please avoid at all costs.

The location is nice but everythong else we had the worst experience

-Very rude staff, not helpful at all. I went to reception to ask somerhing but no one was there, they were smoking outside and told me to wait 5 minutes to finish their smoke -In the restaurant you don't get what you order and the male waiter was rushing us saying if you don't order now I don't come back because I am busy -Food is very bad and very expensive -For breakfast you need to get up early and be first one there otherwise they don't refill the trays They don't even clean the tables -Our room was very cold even with heathing system set at max -Very bad smell in the room coming from bathroom pipes -Swimming pool is very cold -Jacuzzy always full so we never had the chance to use those facilities. -Entertainment room had a pool table which is deffective and they charged us for 3 hours when we only used it 1 hour. I asked for receipt and the lady in reception start laughing. We had the wprst experience with a hotel

The view is nice and that is all about it

Try to avoid at all costs There are much better places in the area, this one is very expensive and the customer service is 0 If I could give them 0 I would but unfortunately 1 is the minimum rate.

The worst place to spend time with family or friends. Try to avoid -Rude staff -Expensive food in restaurant -Cleaning is poor -We were overcharged

Mic dejun comunist, dacă ajungeai la ora 10:00 nu mai găseai nimic, ospătarii grăbiți să strângă tot nu să aprovizioneze. Sucurile la plic, apă de la robinet

Sejur de vis!

A fost un sejur de vis! Totul la superlativ de la mic dejun și până la centrul spa! Curățenie exemplară în cameră și în incinta întregului hotel! Cu siguranță voi mai reveni!

Nu pot spune că e o neplăcere, mai mult o sugestie, preluată de alte hoteluri cu centru spa și piscină interioară: aveți în vedere prelungirea programului la piscină până la ora 22.00 măcar, în loc de 20.00 ca în prezent! Mulți își doresc ca, după cină și înainte de somn, să se mai relaxeze puțin la apă! Succes!

Bun!

A fost un sejur reușit,am prins zapada si ne-am bucurat de ea. Curat in tot hotelul inclusiv la spa,micul dejun a fost foarte bun si variat!

Piscina mare era foarte rece,nu am vazut pe nimeni in ea. In schimb am stat tot sejurul in jacuzzi.

Ocoliti locatia! Nu recomand.Total deceptionati si nemultumiti.

Vederea ,peisajul.

Apa rece la piscina,nici una din saune( salina,umeda) nu erau functionale .Lumea nemultumita. Priza de langa pat la 1,5m distanta. La barul de la piscina nu era prezent nici un barman La restaurant nu exista posibilitatea sa alegi un meniu,chelneri grabiti si inaccesibili. Nu recomand.Sa ocoliti locatia! Total deceptionati.

A gem in a not-so-crowded mountain resort. Everything is as you would expect from a 4 star hotel, the size of the rooms, the comfort, the cleanliness, the staff. It's very child friendly, 4 play areas, both shallow and deep pools, large jacuzzi, that will keep them entertained. We found no need to go anywhere else for meals, the food at the restaurant is excellent and the prices are on par with the quality. The breakfast is quite varied and everything is fresh. The coffee was one of the better I've had at hotel breakfasts. Overall it's 10/10 and I would recommend it to anyone.

There is little to dislike about this hotel.

Beautiful and Quiet

The rooms are very nice and clean; the pool and the spa area are really good; the breakfast is varied and substantial, and the view is very beautiful. The facilities worked well. The staff was friendly.

The lift did not work properly, the surrounding area is very beautiful but a bit wild, not really a place to wonder about.

Perfect accommodation for excursions in the area.

The Hotel is placed in a quiet environment near the forest. Is well equiped, has a friendly staff and a good restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful a varied. We enjoyed very much our staying and the wonderful view of the Bucegi Mountains.

We had no negative experience. Even our request has been resolved, to get adjoining rooms with our friends.

Everything was amazing but the food was insanely good (incredible chef).

The water temperature in the pool was quite low when we arrived but they managed to warm it up with 1 degree and it was more than decent.

Superb

The room was clean and spacious, chic furniture and comfy beds. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Enjoyed the indoor pool and a couple of massage sessions. Great spot for a kid as well, indoor and outdoor playgrounds.

We will come back for sure.

The location is great. We had a suite at the top floor. Food was good. Breakfast was excelent and they changed some of the served food from one day to the other. The room had more then decent space. The pool water was warm . Pool area temperature decent. The staff was worm abd welcoming. The served us with complimentary drinks at lunch and at the pool, theese small gestures give a good feeling.

The sauna was with charge...Its not a big deal but its not something one is used to.
