The house was comfortable and the location was great. It's a short walk to the beach and to the shopping areas.

The rental company, SePlay Homes, was poor. We felt ignored. The combo to get in had changed and it took a bit to get someone on the phone. Then the grill had food on it from the prior tenant and the propane was almost out. We were told that a new tank would be delivered and it wasn't. We purchased propane on our own and had to leave it there as we were flying home.

House is very nice. Screened in porch is nice with all the seating.

The appliances could use updated. Not having a shower for the downstairs bedrooms.
