This spectacular designer house representative of the most up-to-date minimalist architecture emits a Zen spirit in perfect harmony with the exceptional peace of this environment and its infinite vistas. It is furthermore privileged with a unique level of equipment. It has 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite full bathroom. Building was completed early 2020.
This 230m² villa is built on a 560m² plot. Its location on a promontory overlooking the sea with a perfect south orientation allows you to enjoy the full span of sunshine from dawn to sunset. Its panoramic vistas over the Mediterranean cover the 180º from the medieval castle and village of Salobreña to the beaches of Almuñécar.
This house is built on three levels. You get access to the property at the superior level, through a parking area for 2-3 cars. This floor has three bedrooms of generous dimensions, each with a full bathroom and breathtaking sea views from any corner. All have access to a large terrace where in the morning you can sip your tea of coffee while enjoying an impressive vista. You will love it!
The middle level is totally open to the outside through 360º of large sliding windows, giving direct access to the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, and to a delightful Zen garden in the shade, with its water fountain and a cascade of green vegetation. It includes another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large continuous space with an avant-garde living room, dining area and kitchen, plus a rest room. You can relax in the Jacuzzi or the infinity pool with a visual effect of perfect continuity with the sea, have a fresh drink in the chill-out area facing the castle of Salobreña, and enjoy in the outside lunch area what you sizzled on the barbecue.
After admiring the sunset, you will feel naturally attracted by the entertainment area located in the underground basement. To cheer up your evenings with friends and family, it offers a pool table, a football table and darts, a lounge area, and a closed cinema room with comfortable sofas, screen and projector, DVD/BlueRay player, internet, easy to use and with connection for your video game console. The relative isolation of this basement allows you to enjoy your evenings with privacy without disturbing the neighbors.
To guarantee you and the local residents the peace and tranquility of this exceptionally quiet community, the villa is equipped with a noise monitoring device in the areas open to the exterior.
One level below, walking through a tropical garden of mango, papaya, banana and citrus trees, you get access to a small fitness room equipped with a treadmill, a homecycle, and a multifunction weight lifting device, where can keep in physical shape while still enjoying the sea view.
This impressive villa is located in the town of Salobreña in the Granada province, more specifically in the prestigious Alfa Mar Community. The sea is at 300m in a straight line, and in 1.200m you can reach the closest beach, the charming cove, hidden and isolated from the crowd Playa de Enmedio, where in summertime opens a restaurant of traditional local cuisine.
The beach and the town of Salobreña are less than 10 minutes away by car, as well as the nearby golf course. It is only 25 minutes from Nerja, 50 from Granada, one hour and 15 minutes from Malaga airport and the Sierra Nevada ski resort. The location is perfect!

Amazing villa with fantastic views. Very well equipped kitchen. Worth paying extra for pool to be heated though as may have been a bit cool for time of year if we hadn’t have. Really enjoyed our stay.

The photographs don't do justice to this villa. It is absolutely stunning. From first entering we were amazed by the light, the space and the views. Communication with the manager was first class and they were always on hand to answer questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering this wonderful place

Lovely villa
Villa was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. It was well equipped and extremely bright and modern. The swimming pool once warmed up was perfect apart from it began to smell by the time the pool man arrived. Also the hot tub should have been cleaned prior to our arrival.

En skøn oplevelse og en skøn uges ferie
Huset og omgivelserne levede 100% op til beskrivelsen og det som var lovet, alt var godt og udlejningsagenten var virkelig meget sød og hjælpsom, det tog ikke lang tid, så have vi alle en solvogn og en ny parasol. Kan absolut anbefales og ikke en finger at sætte på noget - ganske enkelt perfekt.

Amazing house
We had a great 10 days in the villa. Everything is how you expect it to be when you are on holiday . Great heated pool where we spend a lot of time. Lovely jacuzzi for the evenings. Stunning views over the area and the sea. The house is well equipped . Everything you need is there. Nice outside bbq area . Good kitchen. Places to sit in the shadow en in the sun. Good WiFi. The rooms are all very nice and up to date. Beds are good to sleep on. Enough towels. Outside shower by the pool was also a good + . Everything is close by. If there is one thing what could be a little bit better it’s the cleaning before arrival. ( but we arrived early so perhaps they couldn’t finish) there were a lot of dog hairs on the floors and stairs. But we took a vacuum cleaner and did it ourselves. Nice beaches restaurants supermarkets. Carlos is a very nice host and will help you with everything you need. We will come back here for sure ! Thank you. We really enjoyed our stay!
