To host ANY kind of gathering or parties or celebrations, we charge $1500 for up to 15 people attending (regardless of how many less people might be staying overnight) and it goes up from there. IF you are planning parties while respecting our quiet time house rules, You need to ask FIRST before booking as we may not allow such gathering to begin with. Our guests need to pls pls respect my own children and my neighbors’ need for peace harmony and quiet hours with NO one allowed to stay in the yards after 11pm. Only Moderate but not loud noise during the day. Also We do NOT allow smoking of ANY kind inside nor around the house in the yards. We have extremely restrict rules for quiet hours and loud noise and enforce them diligently and those very few who have disregarded them in the past, have been removed and escorted out by the police. We don’t want that for your celebration day nor for our neighbors nor myself (we live only two doors down). We have security cameras all around outside premise of the house.
