We appreciated this property very much. The interior was attractive and well done. Also, the sitting area on the water, fire pit area and covered sitting area made the outdoor time very enjoyable. Our property manager provided excellent and timely communication. We would without a doubt stay there again.

We loved it The water was kinda shallow but we enjoyed it The boys had a ball!!! We caught a few little ones

We enjoyed our short stay . It’s best for people with boats to fish in the deeper side of Toledo bend river . We did not cath any from the property’s dock. We did venture out to Cypress Bend Park which is about 30 min drive from the property. And also do bring hairdryer ,clothes hanger ,flat iron for clothes ( if owner allows it) Ryan was very responsive to calls and text messages.

Needed a long overdue, peaceful get away and this was it. Appreciate the large kitchen and comfortable master bedroom. Neighbors are awesome!

Absolutely loved this rental! House is beautiful views are beautiful! Anything we forgot the house had!

This vacation was exactly what we needed after the craziness of the holidays. The home is in a great location with a beautiful view. We thought the house was bigger than what the pictures made it seem like, which was a great thing! It was beautifully redone inside. We had a 10 month old, two 2 year olds and a 6 year old and they were never bored. Plenty room for the baby to get around in his walker! It was decently clean, but I only gave the cleanliness 4 stars for two things- the comforter in the master bedroom had stains, seemed like it just wasn’t washed. And the whole house in general could use a good deep cleaning. There is a Dyson vacuum and a mop/bucket so we cleaned the floors really good the first day because of the baby crawling around. But I also understand it’s a “camp”! And those two things will not stop us from staying there again! The communication with Ryan was easy and he assured us that we were to help ourselves to whatever was in the camp! The ice maker was also a big plus. The WiFi was great, and the kids had their Disney+ for winding down at night! Really can’t say enough good things. It has everything you need. We’re already planning dates to go back! Thanks for a great vacation!

This was a great venue for my husband's birthday fishing outing with his sons and grandsons. Super spacious, nice porch, fire pit, gas and charcoal grill. Host was very responsive. We will plan to make it an annual event.

Celebrated my husband's birthday with childhood friends and his sister and her husband. Very relaxing, perfect time. Weather could not have been better! Accommodations were more than we could have asked for. Fully stocked and then some!!

Plenty of parking, very updated house, the new dock is nice, parked our boats right up to the camp. Landing 1215 was about 5 mins from the camp. Cast iron pots, plenty of other pots, everything you need to cook with and silverware. Will book again next time!

Having all the amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, towels and linens was a plus as well as two ice machines. It was very clean and felt like home. The lakeview was perfect as well as access to the place by boat. It's in a nice quite cove. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking for a completely updated and well appointed property on the “Bend”. Look no further. This place is everything you need and then some. The kitchen and living area are absolutely beautiful. The master is fabulous and the other rooms are very adequate. The property has ample space for several boats and parking.
