Wonderful mountain views in this three bedroom, with sitting loft, two bath vacation rental townhouse located in the desirable Clearbrook II.
Enter the private entrance to the locker area and foyer and continue downstairs to the lowest level of the townhouse where you will find a full bath, laundry room and two bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen size bed while the other bedroom has two single beds and a TV with Roku and games. The mid-level of the townhouse holds the great room with a wood burning fireplace, 55" flat screen TV and a spacious wrap around couch; the dining area with a large table seating eight and a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and counter seating for three. The deck is accessed from the dining area and has a great mountain view. The master bedroom suite with a queen size bed, a private attached bath, and more scenic views is located on the upper most level of the townhouse. Finally, the sitting loft is on the landing between the great room and master suite. With over 1650 square feet there is plenty of room for all!
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain ski area is available weekends and holidays in the Winter season only Pickup is at the beginning of the road and on an every 15 minute schedule.
The area offers winter and summer recreation for everyone. The perfect destination for your getaway!

My friends and I rented the place for a wedding we were attending. We loved the location and how close it was to Loon! The condo was clean and well put together. We loved the view from the living room every morning and late afternoon! Great spot for a weekend getaway!

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable property, easy access to hiking trails, we enjoyed access to the hot tub and pool. Wonderful view from all the windows. Well equipped kitchen, nice appliances, good quality pans, knives and dishes. We enjoyed a lot our stay!

Convenient spot minutes from Lincoln and Loon. Nice views of the trails.
The kitchen was nicely renovated and well stocked. Furniture was well above average for a rental and seemed newer. Nicely appointed and tastefully decorated . Candles and things are a nice touch.
Full size laundry was helpful. My kids slept well downstairs. We would stay here again.

Despite the beautiful pictures, the condo was even lovelier in person. The furniture is very comfortable and decor is perfect... very high-quality. There is plenty of room to spread out, including a quiet den.
I am a good cook, and when a listing says, "well equipped kitchen," I'm skeptical. But, this kitchen was VERY well equipped. Plenty of high quality pans and sharp knives for food prep. Used the crock pot, great toaster. Beautiful dishes. High end appliances, as well.
One of the best features -- the view! Having a cup of coffee on the deck every morning, looking over at Loon Mountain, was such a joy! There is more to do in the area than we had time for. Hiked The Flume, went to Mt. Washington, rode all the gondolas, enjoyed Clark's Bears, and even saw two shows at local theaters. So many trails to hike, and so little time!
Erika was terrific. Whenever I emailed her, she was always responsive to our needs.

The townhome was very clean and cozy! We loved the modern updates and appliances. Beautiful views from all rooms! The only drawback was the noisy AC units, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable property close to Lincoln with easy access to hiking trails (and skiing in winter!). Well equipped unit with nice open kitchen/dining/sitting area with lovely views. You have to carry your luggage up a long-ish flight of steps but that was no issue for us. Owner is super-responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a girls weekend over Memorial Day. The condo was very clean and with plenty of room. The views of Loon Mtn were fantastic and we watched the gondola travel up and down. It was great weather and surprisingly quiet. We only had two days there but it was just what we needed. Close to everything. Great restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. We would definitely love to stay again.

We loved the condo. 3 bedrooms made it perfect for a girls weekend. It is located just outside the National Forest and across from loon mountain. We enjoyed having access to the loon mountain wellness center.

Wonderful home with a great family setup. Space, kitchen, balcony, fireplace. Super close to the slopes at Loon Mountain. What a bonus to have Club Access at the Loon Mountain Club. Nice Neighborhood. Ray and Courtney were fantastic hosts, with great local recommendations. Major kudos to Erica as property manger, available at a moments notice. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting the White Mountains area of New Hampshire. The condo was comfortable and convenient to hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, etc. Thank you for your hospitality.

Area was in full fall foliage and unit was nestled in the woods on a hillside, just beautiful.

The view from the condo was amazing. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated fairly recently. Amazing space for cooking, nice appliances and the beds were very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here with our two young children and it was great! Exactly as described on the listing, so much space for all of our things and for the kids to play! I was glad I brought a gate but otherwise was very kid friendly. We made it to the top of loon and we were glad to have access to the mountain club pool on the rainy afternoon. Loved how close it was to everything and we hope to be back next fall! Highly recommend checking this place out!!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo this past weekend. The condo is updated and very clean. The owners did a great job decorating it and made it feel like home. The only con to some may be the steep walk up the stairs to get to the unit. We personally didn't mind the exercise! Thank you for a great stay, we would love to return again some day.

The property was beautiful! The layout was perfect for a group because the bathrooms and bedrooms were separated by the main living space. The area has plenty of options for eating and activities. We were traveling on motorcycles and that was our plan to enjoy the scenery. The host answered my questions quickly before our arrival and made sure we had everything necessary. The only flaw for us was the air conditioning setup. It was very muggy (which is unusual for this time of year in mountains), so the portable ac's didn't cool off the unit. The downstairs unit wasn't working we found out from our friend the morning we left. If he told us prior we could have contacted Erica. Will definitely stay here again! Beautiful!

This condo is beautiful. Perfect for my friend and I to do a giant day hike and have a place to sleep close by with comfy beds, nice kitchen, and much needed shower. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful views of Loon Mountain and very close to the Mountain Club . The condo was spacious , clean , cozy and welcoming . Perfect weekend get away and the wedding we attended at Loon Mountain . Ray was great to work with and very responsive to my questions . Looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was as advertised, very clean, and easy to work with the host. Will definitely come back again. There are quite a bit of stairs to access the condo itself which would've been nice to know before hand as we had a family member in the area who couldn't visit because they are in a wheel chair.

The stay was just what we expected. Beds were very comfy with a beautiful scenery from the living room. We were able to stream some movies and spend time as a family on the couch (which was very comfortable) after a long day at Santa’s village and exploring the mountains.
Ray was very friendly and helpful when I was looking on how to get to the pool. Was available anytime I reached out with questions.
You can tell they take pride in their vacation home and irs very well kept. We hope to come back for another weekend.

We loved this condo and already want to go back!! It was clean and more than enough space for my husband, myself and our two kids. We only stayed 2 nights but there were so many local places and things to do that we wanted to try out. Communication was great when I couldn't find it, Erika pick up the phone and was able to redirect us.

The only reason we were disappointed is because we booked this place for the pool/spa features and could not find out where they were located. No information was listed anywhere inside the condo. We also drove around the area and could not find it. Our confirmation said we could check in at 3:00 but the cleaning lady showed up about 2:30 and we were told check in was at 4:00.

This is a spot I will be returning to. The place was clean and spacious and equipped with everything you need. The location is right down the street from great restaurants and loon mountain. The host was top notch, super friendly, kind and accommodating and responsive. My friends and I are already trying to figure out when we can go back. 100% recommended.

This place is exactly as listed and immaculate!! The view is fantastic, it had everything we could have needed or forgot to bring plus more, my 3 little boys LOVED the bunk room with the big stuffed dog, which they named and took very good care of while we were there, we loved that we had access to the Mountain Club pool and spa which my kids begged to go to every second we were not there. It was easy access to the Kangamangus and the town with restaurants, gas and shopping. Plus, the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Hoping we can go back again!
