- We liked the big and spacious room with minimalistic design.
- The garden was also very beautiful with lots of flowers and trees.
- A nice touch was the lavender flowers which kept the mosquitoes away in the evening.
- Very close to the center at walkable distance.
- Very big and spacious parking lot.
- The hosts were nice.
On the inside, we didn't liked the following:
- very dark restroom, the light is coming from behind the main wall
- the shower has clear glass door providing no intimacy
- the bathroom is open space with the bedroom so every use can be disturbing at night
- the bed mattresses are very soft but this depends on everyone's taste
On the outside, we didn't liked the following:
- no heated pool, so the water is relatively cold for kids
- you have no intimacy on the terrace, being visible from the neighborhood
- even if they wanted to provide a traditional Greek breakfast, there were many packaged products that you can find in the supermarket. No Greek yoghurt, no feta cheese. Too many sweets.
- the biggest disappointment was the beach - I can't even call it beach- which is no way near the pictures posted on booking showing nice sand and shallow waters. Being a family with small kids, this was the main issue. The beach is very narrow, full of pebbles, with almost no distance between sunbeds. At 9 AM the sunbeds were not even placed on the beach. No shallow waters, the entrance is steep and full of rocks. Not suitable for kids.

Probably the best location in Possidi. The room was big enough for 3 people, very clean and comfortable beds. We appreciate attention to details. The private pool makes all the difference. Very nice garden in front of our pool. If you want some privacy probably it's best to have a room with garden-view instead of sea-view, which is quite close to the main street. The beach and water are excellent. Big plus for having the sunbeds reserved with your room number. So, you won't have to wake up early in the morning to reserve them. You are sure nobody will occupy your place on the beach.
The breakfast was enough for 3 people, but it will be nice in the future to get rid of the wrapped supermarket products. Besides eggs, bread, milk, juice, everything else are packed products from the supermarket. The location is too good for such a breakfast. Or the breakfast is not at the level of the location. Maybe it were better without it.

The location was very good. The staff and the manager were very kind and forthcoming. The breakfast was quite nice. The suite has almost everything one would need for elegant stay: functionality, style, assets, access..... It was a lovely place for a week getaway.
The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. It was nothing like the master bed that was very comfortable, soft and cosy. So no good option at the moment for more than 2 persons (unless people appreciate super firm mattress) in a suite (at least in the one that we've been staying in). The shower cabin glass door could be tinted. This way it looks like the suite is designed and built only for romantic couples or groups. Definitely there is a need of towel hanger or hooks around the sink.

The suites & location are absolutely beautiful. The property has everything you could need and is so tastefully done. The staff cannot do enough for you and accommodate your every need. Possidi itself is such a pretty place with such friendly people.
Unfortunately they are still building the properties so there was a lot of noise from construction work and strong smells as I think they were putting a type of resin on the floor or using petrol tools.

The location is amazing as well as the room size and the pool, which makes you feel that it's your own private villa. The beach is 2 min walk away and there are sun beds for every room, which was great. Private parking was a plus too.
The girl on the reception was rude and not friendly at all, which wasn't what we were expecting. The air conditioner shuts down completely every time when you open the door, so, for example, if you go to the pool - you have to lock your doors in order to keep the rooms cold, which was inconvenient. There weren't enough lights in the bathroom, so it was quite dark when you shower. The breakfast wasn't enough for 3 people.

Everything was perfect, clean, fragrant, comfortable, decorated with a lot of care. The beach and deck chairs are cleaned daily. Pillows for lying on the beach, arrive every morning by van. Grass green, regularly maintained. The private pool was cleaned by a robot while we were on the beach. I watched the staff for 10 days, all trained the same, doing all the work as if they were invisible.Breakfast is at the pool at the agreed time, carefully designed. Double bed - something most comfortable we slept on. I could write a lot more, but I will leave it for next summer. Thanks a lot, for everything.
Towel hooks are needed, both on the terrace and in the apartment, they can also be self-adhesive, no problem.

Great location. New hotel, very modern, very comfortable. The personnel was very attentive and careful all long of our stay in the hotel. Big advantage is the fact that we had reserved free sunbeds on the hotel private beach. Very close also to one of the beautiful beach in Khalkidhiki - Possidi Cape, with one of the most exciting sunset.
I really recommend Cavo Delea for some great summer days.

When I saw the presentation pictures of this place, I knew it would be the perfect location to spend a nice relaxing holiday with my family. The reality is even better, in every way! I highly recommend it and we will surely come back here in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Cavo Delea Suites. The room was very spacious and we had a great look to the sea. The bed was very comfortable, and also the additional bed for our kid. The breakfast was very rich and tasty - all our needs were satisfied, even though we haven't informed before our stay that we will need gluten and lactose free breakfast for one. The hotel is on the first line - great location for families with kids /and lazy guests, who don't like to walk too long to the beach/ :) Our special thanks are for Elina, who welcomed us and took care of all our needs during our stay. We will definitely come back to Cavo Delea!

We stayed at the executive suite. Everything was excellent. The breakfast was fresh and varied every day. The rooms were new, modern, clean, there was attention to detail. The location was very good although we stayed put and we didn't move around the area. Most importantly, we cannot thank Elina and the other staff enough. The service was exceptional. We had two small kids (2 years old) and they accommodated all their needs and always with a smile on their faces. If we visit Halkidiki again, we will definitely be returning to Cavo Delea.

We had a wonderful vacation at Cavo Delea - Elegant Suites. The apartment complex is brand new, stylishly built and decorated and is situated right at the beach front of Possidi. Once you enter the apartment you will feel that you are on vacation instantly. We were especially overwhelmed by our private pool area with a sea view. Everything was very clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. The turquoise sea with a small sandy beach with assigned sunbeds and umbrella is a few meters away. Right next to it is a traditional greek tavern where you can enjoy delicious food at a low cost. If you take a bit longer beach walk you can discover the bay of possidi with a picturesque light house and sand dunes. Breakfast is brought to your apartment at the time of your choice with offers of different typically greek specialties and continental breakfast. Our apartment manager Elina was an angel for us. Nothing was too much and she read every wish from our lips. We really enjoyed the privacy and comfort of our private pool when it was occassionally a bit windy at the beach. It was very quiet when we visited in May and we can especially recommend the apartments for couples.

Amazing newly built place, close to the beach. Room layout and design was great and modern, rooms also feature a big balcony. Breakfast was very interesting, delivered in a box. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to relax for a couple of days.

We spend our honeymoon here for 6 days. In one word perfect. The manager Angelo helps u with everything. We never got a No as awnser only YES sure. The breakfast every day in the room is lovely enough for 2 people and fresh every day. Also the cleaning is good every day everything was cleaned. Thank you for the good service and we will be back soon.
