Overall the stay was good for the day I stayed, breakfast was excellent and hotel was very clean

Beds weren’t comfy kinda hard, and walls are thin a lot of bumping and dropping noises you can hear through the walls and our room had a lil bathroom odor

NEVER will I stay in this location nor any other TRU branded hotel.

Typical breakfast, nothing to brag about. Coffee was hot.

A 3 night stay - EXCESSIVE noise from 10p.m. until after 1 a.m. Multiple complaints. Despite having practically an empty hotel guest above me were excessivley loud. So loud I considered calling authorities to ensure no one was being harmed.

A waste of time and money. The crap about "Incidental charges taking 2 weeks was nonsense

I did not have breakfast. Location was fine. Sign for the Hilton is not properly lit. Appreciate the late check out but the 24 hour advance notice was NOT described in the booking. I only did it as a matter or courtesy but had zero notice of that requirement.

Elevator was designed for small children or midgets with control buttons knee high. Only one trolley for the whole hotel and totally absent during departure. No coffee in the room. I have closets bigger than the room and Netflix was only available since I was already a subscriber. NOT Hilton quality I have been accustomed to expect. The first hotel in 50 years I have been in which is designed solely for efficiency of the staff and NOT the comfort of the paying customer. The door is impossible to lock open and the trolley is too large. Very difficult to maneuver luggage into the room. No trolley available for checkout. I want coffee or tea at my convenience NOT at the hotel's convenience. Nor do I want to have to go to the lobby to get coffee. Snacks were way over priced. I felt like and intruder and NOT a welcome paying customer. The rating on the booking site was a lie and suckered me into what was basically a very clean Motel 6. I am military and was told that a military discount was not available once the booking was made. Nonsense that hotel would not exist if it was not to the veterans.

Basic hotel room and was fine for staying the night.

The property had a good location in relation to the stadium. The breakfast was decent and the hotel seemed clean.

Our room was so tiny and the tv was not fully functional. The price was super high since it was during an event.

Great place to stay for the price!

The room and hotel was very clean. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

The pillows are the only complaint, they are way too soft and don't provide any support.

It was a comfortable room, our floor was loud at all hours.

The staff kept messing with my partner while she was sitting downstairs cause i was in our room sick sleeping. They, after seeing her several times, not to mention she charged stuff to our room, asked her if she was staying there that night she said yes, they then continued and asked her for her room number. 🙄 She acted like her being in the commons area was getting in the way.

I’d recommend this place to people I know and will definitely stay again.

It was very clean and welcoming, had great AC, great activities in the lobby etc.

The only thing that was inconvenient was the water pressure on the shower. It took each of us close to 30 minutes just to shower because it was so low.

Cheap Barebones Hotel

Cleanliness, the room and hotel was very clean. The exterior was also very clean.

I called in advance to ask about pet fee and was told no charge for support dog, but when I got there they charge me $75.00 . I requested a roll away bed, they said they would check to see if one was available, No roll away beds even exist in this hotel, and no cable TV. WHO watches local TV??? The only excuse they had for me was that I must have been transfered to Hilton reservations and they don't know what we have. Manager would not even come out and talk with me. SMALL ROOM. No closet. Barebones cheap hotel, hated this hotel. Too late to cancel and too tired. Never again.
