Mountain View Town House! Just a short drive to snowbird skiing resort and bear canyon suspension bridge and many trailheads! Quick access to freeway; Shopping malls restaurants, groceries just in the Very nearby...
Located on the mountain side, quiet and clean area. The air quality is superb! This house about 2200 SF only rent to one party of guests. 1GB Cable Internet for guests to use.

My group was in town for my DIL's baby shower. We were only 2.5 miles from their home in Draper so this was a great location. House was perfect for our needs. Host responded quickly to any questions. Very nice stay!

This property was very clean and spacious! There were 6 adults in our group, and we had plenty of room to have our own space. There were great views of the mountains, and the house overlooked SLC, which was especially pretty at night. We were near the aquarium, restaurants, movies, and about 25-30 minutes from Snowbird. Please do yourself a favor, and go to
nearby Gourmandise for breakfast/brunch/dessert!! The neighborhood was quiet, other than a very loud snow plow that came through in the middle of the night, so bring ear plugs if you're traveling in the winter and are a light sleeper. The only negative is that there were no wash cloths, only towels. We didn't contact the owner though and just made do since we had a relatively short stay. Other than that, no complaints. And just to note, the house would not be accessible for a wheelchair user or anyone who cannot climb stairs (both entrances had several stairs to get inside). Overall, we really liked this house and would likely stay again.

Terrific house with abundant space at a very good price. It’s a few minutes longer to get to Little Cottonwood Canyon, though well worth it. Exceptionally comfortable, immaculate. Greatly appreciated stay.

This home was perfect for our groups annual ski trip. It was conveniently located half an hour to big and little cottonwood canyons and had ample space for us to wind down at the end of the day

We stayed at this mountain side home while on a ski trip to utah. The owner was quick to respond to all messages left. The house is comfortable and close to grocery and food venues. We would definitely stay again if it is available in the future.

My family and I needed a place to stay and host some local family for dinner. This home was a perfect venue for that. The home is very beautiful and well-furnished. Lots of space to sit and relax and talk. The kitchen has a big fridge, range, and oven. There are several bedrooms with large, warm, soft beds. We slept like babies. A great weekend!

Great location for our wedding venue! It was clean, modern and updated. It was spacious and everything we needed! Loved having a garage although it was kind of a tight fit. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area for a few days. Makes you feel like you're staying in a home, not a hotel! (Only negative was the "weed" we could smell from the connected store fronts when we would walk in-that was not very pleasant!)

Most comfy BEDS!
This property is exactly as advertised and in a great location. Plus, the beds/linens/pillows are top notch and THE BEST of any rental we've stayed in. Hotel quality. Kitchen is pretty basics and has just the essentials. Easy access to restaurants, shops and activities. Definitely would return!

The condo was very clean with nice furniture. Easy communication with the owner. Because it is a townhome there are 3 levels so you need to walk up and down stairs often. The garage was a big bonus.

Ski Trip to autah
The property was perfect for myself and my two young adult sons. Close proximity to ski slopes(Alta/snowbird) abd a 45 min trip to Park City. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and whatever else you could need right near the property.
The accommodations were immaculate and perfect sized for all of us! We highly recommend this property.

Immaculately clean, new condo delivered as promised
Helpful owner and well located condo easy commute to all skiing as well as shopping. Condo is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Will happily rent it again! Great overall experience.

Excellent location, Exceptional beds and 5 Star clean!
We had a lovely stay here, this place has a great layout and easy to have 6 people here without ever being on top of each other. Owner was great to deal with. The beds and linens were very cozy and everything very well kept and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for commuting to Canyon
The unit was spotless.
Perfect for commuting to Alta and Snowbird with plenty of food options in the evening.
It took about fifteen minutes to figure out how to gain access to the unit. Lower front is retail (very quiet) and access is from the garage in the back.
High quality linen and bedding.
Would gladly return and highly recommend to others.

Wonderful for Ski Vacation
This property was great for my family of 4 (2 college age sons) We were in Utah to ski the week before Christmas and found the location very convenient for getting to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and even Deer Valley. The townhouse is very new, clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have a large garage also. Close to busy road with lots of places to shop and eat. Highly recommend!

Great Rental in SLC Area
Needed to spend a work/personal week in Utah. Most of the rentals we found were basement units of houses but this newer townhouse rental was nice. Clean, modern space. Bedrooms have plenty of closet space, newer washer and dryer and modern AC. Plenty of room for 2 people to work during the day. Several restaurants, supermarkets amenities close by. For bikers, this is located a short pedal from the Corner Canyon trailhead + bike park. Park City is an easy, scenic drive. Having a garage for car + bikes was a plus.

Clean and comfortable space
This townhouse is very livable, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, near many stores and restaurants. It odd nice to have a garage. As long as the stairs for the three levels are not a problem for you, I recommend it.

Great place and the Host!
Our family of three stayed for a week during our spring ski trip this March, 2021 and all we were very happy that we did. Firstly, Yanhua is an incredible and accomodating host! She was always available if I had any questions. The property is a brand new and very modern, sparkling clean, stylish and tastefully decorated! Bedding and pillows, are trully a luxury and we surely were able to rest well after a day of skiing! Also, Yanhua owns a Massage Therapy business (which we missed as new location wasn't opened at our stay time) but make sure to ask her about options. Thank you, Yanhua, very much and we can't wait to come back!

New house, very clean and nice open layout. Easy access to Snowbird and Alta as well as shopping.
Great time at this VRBO. It’s a new place, so everything was very nice. We loved the big kitchen area to cook and hangout. The living room was also a great place to watch movies. The laundry upstairs with the 3 rooms was also very convenient. The only thing I would change about this place is the kitchen needs some more cooking utensils and pans. If your family is planning on cooking, be prepared and bring some of your own kitchen tools. We went skiing everyday and this place is in a great spot to go to Snowbird or Alta. Last thing, I emailed the owner twice and he got back to me almost right away both times.
