Parfait pour court séjour mais nécessite plus de personnel pour maintenir les équipements en état

Emplacement top ! Près métro. Quartier facile pour se garer. Personnel accueillant et très à l’écoute.

Attention !! Le manque de personnel fait que robinetterie salle de bain à réparer. Volet ne fermait pas . Machine à café en panne pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre sentait la cigarette,

N’y allez pas!

Entre les chambres n’ont nettoyées, celles déjà occupées ou encore celles réservées mais non fournies l’expérience fut désastreuse. Et un personnel qui ne se sentait pas du tout responsable ni empathique face à tous ces problèmes.

Tout. Le service, les chambres non préparées, non disponibles….

Basic, it can definitely improve

Liked: location, friendly staff, cleanliness of room, rooms like the pictures, good size of rooms, very nice view from room (a small park), room was quiet, room has a small kitchen so you can prepare your own meals and save money.

Disliked: staff not experienced enough, though friendly (e.g. were reluctant to book a taxi for me from the previous day, next day they couldn't find one, didn't let me have breakfast first day because "I hadn't paid for it", changed their mind next day and let me prepay the breakfast). 50€ deposit, that have still not received 10 days later (will I get it back? Who knows..) Reception frequently closed, you have to phone them. Room was not room-serviced throughout the whole 4 days I stayed. (3 nights I understand, but 4??) Asked for an extra duvet and toilet paper (by 3rd day I had ran out of it), never got anything. Breakfast was very basic, some eggs would upgrade it (found eggs only on one day, two other days breakfast included pastries, breads, yogurt and fruit) Generally, it feels like you're left to your own devices in this hotel. If service can be improved it will greatly enhance the visitor's experience. As a solo traveler, I don't want the extra stress....

- the water was cold (they told us it was an issue of the city, but they didn't warn us, refund is, or even search for a solution in 2 days) - dirty, yellow stains on the toilet, footprints on the wall, dust on the tea set, a mug with still some remainings of previuos users' tea - almost no toilet paper - almost no bathsoap/shampoo - no hand soap - just 3 towels at all (in a room for 2 people) - no hair dryer (need to ask for one at the reception, but you can have it just for 24 hours, then give it back) - no breakfast service during weekend - no written instruction about anything - the reception didn't wait for us to check-in even if they know we were arriving at midnight (we had to call the "emergency" number of the hotel) - receptionists are cold and not well prepared

it can improve the cleaning service cycle. we stayed for a week and our rooms were only cleaned once.

it was truly cool, and the best the thing was to me is the availability of all the things in the room, even the coffee!

The overall experience for night stay was okay. But could have been better if the reception would have not waited me for more than hour despite reserving the hotel in advance through booking.com

The hotel should provide the refund of the security deposit though direct reverse of transaction done at time of paying using the same mode right after checking out the hotel.

I liked the size of the room for the price. The hotel is close to the station which is nice.

I didn’t like that the staff didn’t speak much English made it hard to communicate. Bed is really small and not very comfortable. Location is pretty far from central Paris.

The receptionist did not let me jn the night of my arrival, did not speak English , even though I wrote them a couple of messages saying so and asking them to keep it in mind. Pictures here are inaccurate plus took a 50€ deposit

Very nice and comfy

The room was nice, clean, with spacious bathroom. There was a small kitchen, fully equipped. The view from the room was nice, just to Eiffel tower. The location was very safe and close to metro stration. Staff always helpful. Just there was no hairdryer in the room, you have to lent it from the reception.

It did not have air conditioning, and that day was very hot, and the room was not very clean, i found a fried from other guest.

A little further out from the city centre, but a nice area with local shops and good transport links

lovely staff. Lots of plug sockets including USB. No noise from other guests. Good shower. Loads of food shops really close by. Close to bus and metro. Never had to wait long for the lift.

Bit noisy at the front, building work going on locally, but that's not the hotel's fault.
