The check in process was fast and simple. Once we got to the house, as soon as we walked in we immediately noticed the walls were smudged and looked dirty. We overlooked that until we saw most of the walls had smudges on them. The house had either previously been pet friendly and/or the carpet or furniture had been pet friendly. The dishwasher arm was melted and unable to be used. A lot of the baseboard heaters looks dented and rusted. The upstairs oven did not work. The matresses were so loud and would make a crunchy noise while rolling over. Overall, we did not enjoy this house for our family vacation. work-

Spacious, very clean house in nice and quite area, close to the island pool. The linen been included is very helpful. They are kids room is great for kids! We really enjoyed our staying and planning to go back next year

The space really accommodated my 10 guests and myself comfortably. Really enjoy fire pit, balcony with grill and game room. Having two kitchens was a huge plus.

I really loved this home. Everything was super clean and spacious. It literally had everything we needed, such as cooking supplies, bed linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies you name it it was there. Overall great experience and great communication with owner. Will definitely book again!

My friends and I rented this gorgeous home for my Birthday weekend. Everything was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and spacious! We had a wonderful time. The owner was very kind and responsive. The game room was awesome too! I would highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back!

The house carpets and walls were disgusting we also had issues with pet dander and smell. Towels were not available on each room. We did locate some in the dryer. Overall im sorry to say we will not return. The service at the welcoming center...well not so welcoming.

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was such a great experience! I would say in the beginning there was a lot of surprise fees that came with the whole gated community process so be aware. Overall, the place was very nice & clean. It didn’t come with many cleaning utilities like garbage bags, tissue paper, etc. So if you are staying here make sure to bring extra. I was able to get in contact with the property manager very well and he was very helpful with any questions that I had .

Fantastic!

We were 4 families in need of a worry free weekend and it has been even better than expected! The house was super clean and cared, around 15 minutes walk to the lake with Little kids (from 2 to 11 yo). The bbq deck is very comfortable and perfect for the afternoon. We have loved every single minute!

We enjoyed our stay in the Pocono Lake house very much! The owner was EXTREMELY informative and responsive to our needs. In addition, the house was super clean and stocked better than any home we have ever rented - including some non-perishable snacks and food which was super helpful since we arrived too late to make a supermarket run. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and had plenty of options to entertain them. The community is very nice and well-situated in between the ski mountains that we visited during our trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay....we will surely be back!
