About this house rental

This 5 bedroom 2 bath home has been recently remodeled. It's an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy down time in front of the cozy warm fire place during the cold snowy winter in the family room. Smart flat screen TVs in each bedroom and the family room. Prepare a delicious dinner in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. In the Summer you can enjoy a cookout on the spacious deck with a gas BBQ . It's clean, beautiful and boast a private hot tub. Excellent location, less than one block to the SHARC. 10 daily SHARC passes are included. Centrally located within Sunriver and within walking distance to The Village. Garage comes equipped with several adult bikes, children's bikes, and scooters for your recreational pleasure. Enjoy time with family and friends playing board games, puzzles, cards and dart board. Lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed with a small additional fee.

Come winter enjoy the skiing at Mt. Bachelor (30 minute drive), tubing at the SHARC, skating and other activities at The Village which is a very short distance from our home. We also decorate for Christmas to making it festive and memorable. Snuggle up
by the fire while sipping a cocktail or cocoa and watching the twinkling lights on the tree. Create a magical memories of the holidays.

Come summer enjoy the pools or the SHARC with the kids, tennis, basketball, parks, trails for walking and biking, horse back riding, kayaking, the nature center, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock wall, bounce house, and so much more.

We also have a universal car charger for those with electric vehicles!

P.s. We have a high chair and play pin for babies. We have put new bed frames, new mattresses and bedding. You will be comfortable and know everything is clean!

Golfer's the golf courses in Sunriver recently have raised prices substantially and if you want ot go 15 minutes south to La Pine to play Quail Run let me know and I can tell you how to get a discount at this great little course.

The bedroom beds are as follows: main floor Queen, upstairs primamry King, two of the 3 other rooms has Bunk beds, One set has 2 full size mattresses and a twin trundle, the othere has a full & twin mattress. THe 5th room has a single bed. This is a total of 7 beds.

Check in is 4:00pm & Check out is 11:00am.

The house was exactly as described. We were very happy with how well stocked the kitchen. SHARC was an easy walk across the street. There were plenty of bikes in every size to borrow and the kids had a great time riding around the loop. We definitely plan on visiting again!

We stayed the week after the fourth. House was clean and you couldn’t beat the location. Just walked out the backyard, cross the street to the SHARC every day. Can’t beat that for a summer vacation.

We had a great time! A few things were a little dirty upon checking in (the stove could have used a good clean up). The only this was that one of the “bedrooms” that was listed was actually just a bed in a walk in closet of another room. It worked out well, but we wish there was a little more clarity in the listing. Also it appeared to say that both bunk beds said that they had a trundle but only one did.

Our 6th graders (6) enjoyed their stay along with their chaperones. Everything was very accessible, but it was a little disappointing that the outdoor pool was not yet available along with a few other summer activities. We've come this week in the past and things were on the summer schedule at that time. We still had a great time and will consider it for the future.

The house is modern inside, beds and pillows are comfortable! The location is exceptional!! Close to everything! There were a few issues surrounding cleanliness and with the previous renters before us that did a bit of damage. Communication with the owner/host was incredibly quick and our feedback was appreciated. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

We had an excellent time during our ski weekend at this property! We will definitely be coming back. Our children loved all of the games in the house. Everything was set up so nicely and stocked very well. Tabitha was incredibly responsive and willing to help.

This home was perfect for our group of two couples and four teens. It was clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. I love how the kitchen and family room are open to one another. We had plenty of space for eating, relaxing and games. The bikes, sleds and dartboard were fun for the kids. Love the quantity of cozy towels and throw blankets, and how seasoned firewood was split and ready for us. Thanks for a wonderful vacation home experience.

We loved staying here for our family get away this past fall. Being so close to the SHARC and the Village made for an enjoyable and fun-filled time with everyone who was here with us (kids 1-adults 70+). Everything matched the listing and we couldn’t have envisioned a more perfect stay. We will gladly stay here again!

The location was great, right across from Shark and walking distance to the Village. The responses from the property manager were quick but the house was NOT clean enough for our standard (and we are not that picky) and for the number of beds, there were not enough bathrooms.

Clean and comfortable home easily accommodated two families with 4 teens and a dog. Easy access to the SHARC and short walk to the Village. House was well stocked and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There were several snow sleds, bikes, movies, games, hot tub, darts, Xbox and a foosball table. There was a slight miscommunication with the advertised nightly rate that was listed when we initially booked and paid for the reservation in February that resulted in a request for additional funds in June to keep our reservation for the NYE holiday due to the calendar not being updated with the winter rates. Tabitha worked with us and we opted to just shorten our stay by a day instead. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
