Original and comfortable place to stay

- aesthetics of the whole hotel and room in particular: old-fashion furniture of natural wood, paintings, - two pillows on your choice - a lot of space - fully functional and pleasant shower room and WC - friendly personal

The location its great, the staff really really helpful ,they where looking always how they can help. I ordered breakfasts when I paid for the stay. The lady was giving us homemade zacusca and good quality products. The place inside its really stylish, we liked it a lot! Definitely recommend it! 👌

I had an excellent stay only gripes are just small details.

It is decorated really nicely, everything was clean. There's a fridge in the room.

No air conditioning. Pillows were a bit too hard for my tastes.

Good accommodation

It is a beautiful old house, very well refurbished, in a vintage style, traditional, with wonderful furniture. We stayed in the attic, in a huge room. Clean room, clean bathroom. The breakfast is not too bad.

Actually, Guest house Hena is one of the most special hotels I have ever stayed in. It's located in an old historic house while the interior is freshly renovated and everything is clean and lovely. I was really surprised by the new furniture and a nice mixture of old things (probably belonging to the owner) and modern interior. The location is great, there is one shop and one gas station really close to the hotel.

Despite the fact that the hotel has many rooms and probably might have had many guests during our stay, we could hardly see people working there. It doesn't really seem like a problem but we were only able to pay for the room with cash and I was a bit nervous about it. After all, we gave the money to the maid but we were obliged to look for her on our own and it was just before our checking out... As is nobody wanted us to pay for the room...

I’ve completed 17 bookings these year and never experienced such an awful arrival! It is said that someone should meet us, nobody was answering my messages, no instructions how to get inside, we just knocked the door and it was opened by other guests and they didn’t understand how could they help us and we were in total shock. So we called via phone and was told firstly to take one room, than she changed her mind and told us to abandon this room and get into another…as she was really looking on us through cameras and telling us that. It was beyond creepy! I thought I would turn around and sleep in our car, because I was very nervous if she could really have a room for us. This is a situation where a beautiful apartment if owned by wrong people!

The vintage furniture and the amenities are in excellent condition making the location a delight for the eye. We stayed for only one night but were decided to return. Also, the breakfast was excellent
