Insomma. Purtroppo un po' da migliorare!

La camera era pulita e arredata in modo carino. Il materasso matrimoniale è meraviglioso. In Memory ed anche i cuscini sono comodissi. Lo staff è cordiale.

Purtroppo non c'era neanche una finestrella nella stanza e neanche nel bagno. Quando tornavamo in camera si ribolliva e per fare arieggiare dovevamo tenere aperta la porta finestra. Il frigorifero è minuscolo e ci entra pochissime cose. All' interno neanche un tavolinetto. Lo sportello dell'armadio è rotto ed una parte non si può utilizzare. Vista inesistente perché davanti ci sono altre abitazioni.

reasonably priced stay

Big and spacious room and bathroom, but a bit styleless and run-down, somewhat like the town of La Caletta in general. Rented however at a correct price, some effort was put in the outdoor area, decorated with plants, flowers and some privacy curtains. The entry door to the room is a sliding window, which makes sleeping with open windows at night nearly impossible unless if you leave the sliding window open to basically anyone, mosquitos and dust. The AC fortunately works really well and cools the room in few time, you'll need it a night as it can get really hot during the day, as the room is located below the roof. A little kitchenette is available for everyone, and a small shop at the end of the street! Cleanliness is ok. Friendly owners and late check in is a plus in Sardinia

here is two things you need to know. The breakfast consists of getting a voucher for a local bar few minutes away, where you can get either any coffee or a juice and one sweet pastry, so don't consider this a proper breakfast! Same choice every day. Secondly there is a construction site going on in front of three of their rooms. Given the speed they're working at, one wonders if they'll finish some day. Obviously this isn't the owners fault, but you get a lot of dust in the little private terrace area in front of your room, hence inside as well, so it's hard to sit outside in the sofa and enjoy or keep it clean inside. I feel like more effort could have put into this. Construction went on only during mornings, so don't plan on sleeping in if you're on that side of the building, let alone open the curtains...

You have the average you need with comfort and it’s close to the beach.

Newly equipped furnitures and place. AC works well. There is a little fridge for refreshments, shared kitchen with equipments and BBQ works with the gas in the garden. Just 2 mins away from a supermarket, 15 mins away from the beach by walk. Breakfast (a coffee and a bakery product) was in a cafe they agreed, it was on the way to beach just 7-8mins away.

There is a on going construction next to the building, especially in front of rooms 1, 2 and 3. Thankfully the workers didn’t work at the weekend but in the weekdays they worked loudly… Room 1 was not having windows so you need to open the door for refreshing the room but was not a big deal with AC though. (Which creates a little privacy issue too)

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this property. The accommodation itself was stunning, with carefully thought-out design elements that truly made it a home away from home. The room had a big double bed which was very comfortable and a very comfortable bathroom as well

I made a mistake on the reservation and the host asked me why i made a mistake, while the address was wrong in the platform and it took me 20 minutes to find it. Also, there was intense smell of humidity and works on the building right opposite, so extremely noisy during the day

The room had a very big double bed which was very comfortable and a very spacious bathroom

I had made a mistake on my reservation which i corrected the same day and upon arrival the hostess asked me why I made a mistake?!?! While the address of this place was wrong on the platform and it took me 20 minutes to find jt. There was also a strong smell of humidity and works going on at thw building opposite, so it was extremely noisy during the day

Good stay

Nice and comfortable apartment, decorated with a good taste. Good facilities, everything you need. Very pleasent and helpfull staff. Good location.

Only one thing we didn't like - its privacy. The only way to get some fresh air or natural light was - to open door/window, which was exactly in front of the sleeping bed, facing neigbouhr house. We felt like in the show window.

Superb

Rooms very clean and nice outside area with communal bbq and kitchen. Only downside there are no mosquito nets so we couldn't keep the door open... but really lovely place.

Exceptional

It was spacious, stylish and very comfortable, with an outdoor area with a sofa, table and chairs and clothes dryers.

A couple of glasses for drinking water would have been good. It also took us sometime to work out how to use the remote to turn on the air-conditioning.

Decent accommodation but some improvements would be welcome

Friendly hosts (although speaking only Italian), new and clean accommodation, good wifi.

Breakfast included but only symbolical (one coffee/juice + one croissant), room area actually smaller than on the booking description (max. 30m2 instead of 40 m2, 35 m2 max together with a bathroom), no table/desk in the room, lack of possibility to keep the glass door/window open at night safely, part of the patio next to the apartment still under construction (end of May 2021).
