Unit Layout
The property "L'Isula" is a 5-room house with 166 square meters of space spread across two levels. It features a bright and tastefully furnished living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only), a dining table, and a TV. The living area provides access to the terrace. There is one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm) that also has an exit to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower room and a separate toilet on the main floor.
Amenities Included
The upper floor of the property consists of one room with sloping ceilings and two beds (80 cm), as well as two additional rooms with sloping ceilings, each containing two beds. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level. The house is heated by oil heating. Outside, there is a large terrace, partly covered, with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, eight deck chairs, and a box-room. Guests have access to a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, and a baby cot. The property offers free WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed. A smoke alarm is installed for safety purposes.
