About this cottage rental
The Annexe is a lovely beach themed living space with spacious upstairs double bedroom and smaller downstairs living space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchenette area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with your own separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK on request! We provide a microwave (and 2 ring worktop cooker if required).
We are close to Southend Barns, the beaches at West Wittering and East Head, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage on request.
The Annexe is ideal for either 1 or 2 adults (sleeping in upstairs double bed bedroom) or adult(s) with up to 2 children (sleeping in single beds downstairs). If 2 couples book and the second couple want to use the downstairs single beds, that's also fine although the bathroom can only be accessed through the downstairs living area where the single beds are. (The Annexe is quite small for 4 adults.) When not in use, the 2nd single bed slides under the first to form a day bed/sofa. In the kitchenette, there is a sink, mini fridge and a microwave. Please note there is no door between the upstairs and downstairs areas, just a staircase.

Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset.

Lovely small annex to house. It gave us everything we needed for a long weekend. Good location for local sights. Footpath to the canal at the side of the property. On quite a busy road, but the house is set back, so very peaceful. Loved the seaside themed decor, all very nicely done and very clean. On arrival Julie gave us all the info on the annex and location, which gave us a good start. Communication with Julie on website and text was always very prompt. We would definitely return.

This place was a great stop in a convenient location for 3 adults. It was clean, quiet and cozy, with key box checkin/out. The host was very prompt and responsive. Pros were an efficiency kitchenette and parking, cons were a very compact bathroom and no real lounge area. About 1.5h to Heathrow Airport during commuting traffic. Thanks Julie!

Very cute and comfortable space. Julie was there to greet us and show us around, pointing out the quirky things we needed to know. She also suggested places to visit and for meals. Because no one was booked in right after us, Julie extended our check-out time,which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay at the Annexe.

Superb location for Goodwood Races, Chichester and the coast. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Very nice to have tea, coffee milk and breakfast items supplied by our hosts. Would definately stay here again.

A beautiful spot to spend a few days exploring the local area. Ideal for a small family who want to get out and about, knowing they have a comfortable place to stay at the end of a weary day. Fantastic welcoming helpful hosts, and having the basics provided (breakfast - especially a pint of milk, tea and coffee; cleaning products etc) makes arriving and settling in so much easier. Lovely base for our walking weekend, met by Julie who showed us around and was really helpful. Fantastic location close to The Spotted Cow for dinner and a short walk to the Chichester canal. Very clean and tidy with added extras of breakfast products and a reasonably well-equipped mini kitchen. Comfy bed and all linen supplied. The stairs are steep, so beware if you have any mobility problems. Hosts are very amicable.

Lovely compact Annexe
The Annexe was in a good location for local beaches and Chichester.
Nicely decorated, the stairs are a bit steep and as the description says it is a small space, but we had everything we needed for the 2 of us.
The Breakfast items in the cupboard and the fridge were a lovely touch and much appreciated.
Julie was lovely and very helpful as we hadn’t been to Chichester before and we wouldn’t have known about the local walks if she hadnt told us about them. We went to The Spotted Cow , the local pub and restaurant its close by and the food was reasonable, in taste and cost.
We had a good holiday break there and would thoroughly recommend.

Small, comfortable annex, perfect for a few nights away. Beautifully decorated with everything we could need. Exactly like the photos! Loved our stay
We had a wonderful short break at the Annex. It was lovely and clean, with those special extra touches, fresh coffee and juice for breakfast. Julie and Andy were lovely hosts, very helpful recommending places to eat and nothing seemed too much trouble. We found some lovely walks in the area and enjoyed the beach! Would definitely recommend the annex and hope to return ourselves one day soon.
