Ne complesso struttura ottima, ci tornerei volentieri!!

Appartamento ampio e ben tenuto, vicinissimo al centro. Balconcino con possibilità di stendere teli mare e costumi. Check in semplice, automatico e veloce.

Wifi non funzionante; mancanza di contenitori per raccolta differenziata (nonostante l’invito a smaltire la spazzatura al check out). Suggerimento: sarebbero utili sale e zucchero (anche monodose) per chi affitta per poche notti.

Everything was all right. The host, Oscar immediately had replaced the wrong TV (replaced it with his owns!) That we can watch the football European Championship.

Ligging is goed, daar is het dan ook meegezegd.

De ligging

Appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt. (Water in ijskast, kookgedeelte en achterwand keuken niet schoon) Balkon dit was zo klein dat je er net met 1 persoon kon staan, zelfs droogrek paste niet, zeg dan liever niet dat er balkon is.

Comfortable, spacious apartment close to most things, accommodating host.

It was a pleasure to meet Oscar who looked after us very well. We had a connection because he has lived in New Zealand. The apartment was located close to the Old City, shops, restaurants cafes etc & a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of space being a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms.

Be aware if you have issues with stairs, this apartment was up 23 stairs (with no lift), whereas there are ground floor apartments.

Great apartment in Otranto!

Beautiful, well equipped apartment, very good air conditioning, jacuzzi was brilliant (fits 2 tall adults easily!), Oscar, the host was very helpful. For a change the apartment was better than the photos suggested!

The hanging rails were hilariously high off the floor and could not be used! This was not a problem as there was one lower down!

Apartment is nice, but need some improvements

The location was excellent. 5 min walking from the historical centre. The apartment was new and very clean The owner gave us upgrade to an extra room to compensate the issue with the shower and was helpful with parking location and to fix the issue we had with our apartment.

No hot water in the shower. Only a very light blanket, it was a bit chill during the night. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and the mattress very thin. The apartment was a bit cold and the heating/ A/C wasn't working. The light sensor turn off when you are in the middle of the stairs. No blinders in one of the rooms

Highly recommended.

Great location. Beautiful apartment. Short walk to historic centre. Oscar who owns the apartment is such a lovely person made us feel so welcome. Easy to contact him with any concerns. We booked to stay for 2 nights but enjoyed it so much we stayed on a further 2 nights.

Highly suggested

We had a great staying in this nice and clean structure. The apartment is really close to the historical center and completed of everything we could need, including a couple of bottles of mineral water. Especially, we are extremely thankful for the warm welcome and support by the host Oscar and the communication with Laura before reaching che apartment. In addition to local suggestions and tales from his professional adventures all around the world, Oscar kindly gave us a jar of tasty honey he produces.

In the early morning the sun was a bit entering trough the window, but I know that the electric shutter was under repair. No problem, everything was great!

Exceptional

The host Oscar was an amazing host always available to help and very responsive! We had an unforeseen issue with the flat and the day after Oscar resolved the issue very promptly and we were actually upgraded! Thank you Oscar! The flat location is prime! Close to everything!
