Over het algemeen een heel fijn verblijf gehad

Mooi hutje, rustige omgeving, zalig zwembad & het ontbijt is ook erg goed!

Wij hadden 1 avond op voorhand gevraagd of het mogelijk was de volgende ochtend een brommer te huren. De receptioniste zei toen dat dat zeker geen probleem was. De volgende ochtend komen we aan bij de receptie & vragen we dus naar de brommer, maar toen waren ze allemaal uitverkocht…. Niet echt fijn als je hier op rekent… dus moesten we het centrum in om nog 1 te zoeken

Staff incrível, acústica horrível.

O staff era muito atencioso e prestável, o pequeno almoço também muito bom! Ainda jantamos um dia no hotel e também estava uma delícia.

O hotel é muito bonito esteticamente mas tem um aspeto muito negativo, o teto e de palha então não existe qualquer tipo de proteção acústica. Acaba por não haver muita privacidade porque realmente parece que os vizinhos estão dentro dos nossos quartos, pior mesmo foi quando uma hóspede teve a noite toda a trabalhar online a receber chamadas e não conseguimos mesmo dormir, porque as chamadas dela eram super alto e ela ainda metia os clientes em alti falante. Pior é que ainda colocou música alta as 7h da manhã após não nos deixar dormir a noite toda. Mas se os restantes hóspedes forem “normais” terão respeito e irá conseguir descansar. Pior é se tiver o mesmo azar que nós não irá puder descansar.

Hotel aceptable

La piscina y la terraza.

Reservamos este hotel por las fotos que vimos en booking, cogimos la doble económica ya que no había mas opciones para esas fechas. La sorpresa fue cuando me enviaron un mensaje después de reservar (no reembolsable) que nuestra habitación al ser económica no tenia vistas ni nada, era una habitación simple al lado de la puerta de entrada apartada del resto. Además el camino para llegar al hotel de noche es oscuro y sin luz, si vas en moto esta lleno de pierdas y de perros sueltos.

Magnifique hôtel parfait pour rester à Bohol

L’hôtel est juste incroyable. La piscine est magnifique et le restaurant délicieux. Le personnel est incroyablement adorable et nous a aidé pour toutes les questions que nous avions. La chambre est très belle, le lit très confortable et il y a la climatisation. Idéalement situé pour accéder à la place de alona beach avec tous les activités. Je recommande c’était un réel plaisir d’y séjourner. Si je dois revenir à Panglao je reviendrais dans cette hôtel !

L’isolation est tres mauvaise nous entendions parler et les ronflements des voisins de chambre. Cela est fréquent sur l’île mais nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaud dans la douche.

Riposo mentale

Luogo tranquillo, servizio eccellente e cucina ottima a prezzi adeguato. Stanza molto bella e pulita. Eccellente il servizio di massaggio a pagamento. Ottimo per rilassarsi e godere l'Hydrospa con jacuzzi.

Forse solo la leggera scomodità per raggiungere la spiaggia, ma non indispensable

Hôtel tout confort, personnel très accueillant

Petit hôtel de 8 grandes chambres individuelles avec accès direct à la piscine. Petit déjeuner disponible sur place en supplément. Alona beach est accessible en 5 mins en Tuktuk. Le personne est extrêmement accueillant et serviable.

C’est du détail mais nous avons du demander 1 paire de serviettes pour la piscine et 1 coussin de plus par personnes que le personnel nous a rapidement donné. Pour plus de confort, tout pourrait être disponible en chambre directement. L’hôtel n’accepte pas le paiement en CB !

Établissement très joliment décoré, mais les règles sont à revoir

La piscine, le jacuzzi et la chambre

L’accueil: aucune boisson ou verre d’eau de bienvenue contrairement à tous les établissements visités aux philippines. Nous sommes arrivés en avance, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions utilisé la piscine en attendant que la chambre soit prête on nous a refusé. Lorsque la chambre était prête à 13h on nous a demandé 200 pesos pour avoir les clés avant car le check in n’était qu’à 14h. Nous avons donc attendu car nous trouvions ça déplorable de faire payer pour avoir la chambre une heure avant. 30min après la réceptionniste nous a dit que c’était ok, pourquoi ne pas l’avoir fait avant ???? De plus interdiction de boire et manger dans la chambre ???

Aesthetic but not a hydrospa

Place is very aesthetic, intimate and serene. Staff was very friendly and nice

“Hydrospa” is an inappropriate description since the water massages in the pool are barely working. And rhe jacuzzi’s bubbles only masts for 5 minutes and has to rest every 30 minutes. Also wish there had been a bidet since it’s a basic necessity now. And the experience wouldve been complete if there was a hot tub in each room. Lastly, the walls in between rooms are too thin that you could hear people’s conversations and noise from the outside which killed the serenity of the place.

The staff was super amazing, we had a power cut on our 1st night, they were super helpful to inform everyone early in the morning and manage the power cut flawlessly. The pool was amazing which is just right outside the rooms, making it very convenient to jump into the pool and swim. The location is not too far from the main town area, you can walk or 100pesos of a trishaw trip from Alona Beach, you can ask the staff to help call for one. The beds were super comfy, rooms are clean and spacious. I highly recommend this resort.

The roof was a little exposed to sound and nature. There was a moment of the gecko on the ceiling pooping directly to the bed (not sure if that's lucky or not). Also, the sound of neighbors and surrounding noise got through to the room. If you want absolute peace and quiet, request a corner room. There was only one hydro spa working in the pool, but I think they are fixing it. My family mentioned that the food needs a little more improvement 😁.

Invest with good quality of generator and air condition

Air condition is hot. No electricity, and we waited for 2hrs for them to turn on the generator( the power turned out quarter to 5am) supposedly we were having a rest but can’t. The generator cannot supply the power that the whole place needs.

it was very pretty and designed well. gives bali vibes. the staff was nice

it was extremely noisy in the room at night. i checked in here hoping to have a good nights sleep, but roosters woke me up at 1:30am and didn’t stop screaming until 8am and then construction started. i told the owner and he said it’s part of the ambiance. if you want a good nights sleep- this is not the place for you. also it’s marketed as a hydro wellness spa- there isn’t any spa or Wellness facilities. just a pool with some jets that’s don’t even work properly. also the shower was freeezing and didn’t warm up!

Very attentive night recep,.checkin the shower issue.

They were unable to fix the shower, there was no hot water.. Very thin blanket. Lack of customer service, we waited for too long, even if theres room available. I don't mind payin extra for the early check in. We can hear the next room loud convo.

Just do not recommend to book their offered boat tour as it feels like tourist trap. Even you have a “private boat”, you basically surrounded by other loads of boats who are chasing poor dolphins. Did not feel good. Plus all that snorkelling was bad experience. You are dumped with a mass of people.

Zen-Like Relaxation

Friendly and welcoming service, zen-like atmosphere, spacious room, delicious food (limited selection and availability), well-maintained facilities, and grounds made our stay relaxing and memorable. The special Valentine's dinner option was perfect upon our arrival (Feb. 14).

For the price point: We liked all the resort had to offer--simple, relaxing, and a bit removed from the town yet still a bumpy road away. Warning: A single roster might wake you up starting at 5:00 AM or earlier. We could've gotten used to him eventually, but we couldn't after a three-night stay.

Beautiful and peaceful haven with the friendliest staff.

The premises are absolutely beautiful. It’s a very small quaint little space but perfectly designed with a modern spa like vibe. The staff are so helpful and friendly, as is the hotel cat Silver.

The location means having to get a tricycle or hiring a scooter to go anywhere. But this seems typical for Panglao.
