Buena ubicación pero pésimo check-in e instrucciones
La ubicación esplendida, lo mejor de todo.
El sistema de check-in funciona "a distancia" para comodidad de la inmobiliaria pero es incómodo para el cliente. Tienes que ir personalmente a su oficina a a recoger las llaves y está lejos del apto, en el centro de Roses. Allí te encuentras la oficina cerrada (a una hora no intempestiva como las 18.15 h) y hay un buzón con una clave y al abrirlo te encuentras sobres de varias reservas con el nombre de la persona y el apto que corresponde, con lo que se cargan la confidencialidad y lo establecido en la ley de propiedad de datos ya que queda identificado quien está en cada uno (no deberÍa figurar el nombre si lo pueden ver otras personas). Además las instrucciones que dan están basadas en fotos y no en texto, ni se proporciona un plano, lo cual ayudaría mucho. Son unas instrucciones bastante naîve para que provengan de una inmobiliaria (se entendería si fueran dadas por un particular pero no por unos profesionales en el tema), El apartamento no es fácil de localizar. Y encima está mal rotulado porque aparece la letra D en la puerta cuando el apto es el 1C y donde sale A y C no es aunque la llave que dan entre (pero no gire ni abra). No costaría nada rotularlo de forma correcta. Tuvimos que llamarles para aclararnos. El apto necesita mas mantenimiento (hay cables sueltos, falta la luz de la entrada), los utensilios de cocina son justitos, y hay una plaga de cucarachas (vimos varias en comedor y baños). No se avisa en ningún lado previamente que del parking al apto se han de bajar 75 escalones y eso es un problema si hay dificultad de movilidad (en mi caso tenia una lesión del recto anterior). Tampoco se indican previamente los costes establecidos por no recoger el apto, la basura, o que no hay sabanas ni toallas y que eso tiene un coste. Esa información tendría que estar desde el principio visible en la web de booking y no solo enviarla por mail una vez ya se ha hecho la reserva o se ha pagado la misma.

Fantastic position just above the largely undisturbed beac of L'Almadrava. The balcony is a good size, and having two bathrooms a bonus, though one is very small and basic, and the other has broken fittings.
Apartment was showing signs of neglect, with the shower door broken, one of the security gates off its hinges, and another that jameed, and the microwave not fitted properly in place. The bedrooms are both very dingy and one is tiny. There was no internet. Be aware that there are almost 100 steps from the car park to the apartment, which would be a challenge for many, especially with luggage.
