We spent our vacation in San Giacomo with the family, just like last year. The accommodation is very nice. Everything you need is available. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace with a view of the sea. A wonderful pool with plenty of sun loungers. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful well furnished apartment with a great view of the sea. Very nice pool. The landlords live directly above the apartment and can be contacted for any questions and are very kind. A lot of attention to details has been paid throughout the entire facility. Accordingly, the landlords also attach great importance to compliance with the rules for waste separation and pool use. We really enjoyed the holiday with our children.

Es war eine tolle Wohnung mit spektakulärer Aussicht und tollem Pool. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt dort großartig. Die Vermieter sind einfach super.
Leider sind Sandstrände nicht so nah, aber für freunde von Kiesstrand und super kalrem Wasser genau das Richtige

Die Wohnung war deutlich größer als Erwartet, die Anfahrt kann sich als schwierig gestalten, wenn man blind nach Google Maps fährt, aber wenn man die Hinweise der sehr netten Gastgeberin befolgt, ist es kein Problem.
Alles war sehr sauber und auch die Einzelbetten waren gut für Erwachsene geeignet.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings haben wir keine Pfannen gefunden.
Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist auch sehr schön und kommt auf den Fotos gar nicht so heraus.
Alles in Allem hat alles super geklappt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schöne Lage mit gastfreundlichen Vermietern
Die Ferienwohnungen liegen schön in den Hügeln der Riveria nicht weit von Ventimiglia. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles da von der Waschmaschine bis zum gekühlten Prosecco im
Kühlschrank. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung!
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Ausstattung und tollem Ausblick. Auch der Pool, der mit den vier anderen Appartments geteilt wird, ist sehr schön.
An die kurvige Anfahrt gewöhnt man sich, mehrere Supermärkte befinden sich ca. 15 Auto Minuten entfernt.
Gute Ristorante Auswahl im nicht weit entfernten Dolceacqua. In den Küstenorten ist oft Stau und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt.
Der Strand ist hauptsächlich Kiesstrand, nur der Spiaggia Callandre (Fußweg beginnt neben dem Kastell) ist ein schöner kleiner Sandstrand.
Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht und ist auch nicht nötig, da immer ein schönes Lüftchen geht.
Wir haben den Urlaub mit unseren zwei eher kleineren Kindern sehr genossen!

Wohnen mit tollen Blick auf die Côte d’Azur
Großzügiges, sauberes Appartment mit Sonnenterasse, gut ausgestatteter Küche und kühlem Schlafzimmer. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wirklich toll: der Blick von der Pool-Ebene auf die Küste hinüber nach Monaco! Dazu ein sehr gepflegter Garten.
(Die Anlage besteht aus 4 Appartments, der Pool wird gemeinsam genutzt.)
Für das Auto gibt es einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Die Straße, die zum Haus führt auf den Berg hinauf ist schmal, Vorsicht in den Kurven ist geboten.
Ausflüge nach Frankreich: Man kann das Auto am Bahnhof in Ventimiglia parken (Parkgebühr 15 Euro) und von da mit der Bahn stündlich nach Menton, Monaco oder Nizza fahren.
Wir wären am liebsten dageblieben!

Saubere, gut ausgestatte Unterkunft samt freundlichem Vermieter. Schöner und sauberer Pool. Traumhafte Aussicht nach Menton und Monaco. Internet hatte immer wieder Aussetzer. Anfahrt ist eng und das Hundegebell beim Nachbarn störend. Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut.

Rustig, mooi appartement met uitzicht op de zee!
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Gardenia appartement in het hoger gelegen San Giacomo. De dichts bijzijnde supermarkt, de Lidl, is ongeveer 12 minuten rijden. Het dorp San Giacomo is niet meer als een paar huizen en een kerkje, daardoor erg rustig. Het appartement is ruim en schoon. Je kan heerlijk buiten zitten en je hebt prachtig uitzicht op de zee, Monaco, Nice enz.! De eigenaren zijn hartelijk en behulpzaam, wonen zelf boven de appartementen die worden verhuurd.
Het zwembad is makkelijk te bereiken via een trap, hier kan je heerlijk relaxen op zonnestoelen en genieten van het prachtige uitzicht!
De omgeving heeft genoeg moois te bieden!

Wir haben eine Woche im Apartment Gardenia verbracht und können nur Positives berichten, herrliche Lage, einzigartiger Meerblick, das Apartment komplett eingerichtet mit allen Utensilien, super Pool, Freundlichkeit der Vermieter, Nähe zu Ventimiglia, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wetter super, Alles in Allem haben wir einen super Urlaub gehabt und werden sicherlich noch mal nach San Giacomo zurück.

La maison vous offre une vue magnifique, elle est très bien entretenue et l'appartement offre tout le confort nécessaire
Malgré une situation reculée en montagne (environ 3 kms d'ascension sur une route étroite), toutes les commodités se trouvent à moins de 10kms
Je tiens à souligner l'excellent accueil des propriétaires et leur disponibilité
Nous sentons vraiment leur attachement à cette propriété
Les autres locataires étaient discrets et agréable
C'est un lieu idéal pour ceux qui veulent à la fois visiter la rivièra française et italienne

Wunderbare Aussicht!
Es war eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten - vor allem wegen der weiten, wunderbaren Aussicht über das Meer, die wir tagsüber am Pool und abends auf der Terrasse genossen haben. Die moderne Villa mit fünf Ferienwohnungen ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt, das Gelände ist wegen der Hanglage zwar nicht allzu groß, aber groß genug für unsere Kinder (9 und 6), die bis spätabends Fußball und Verstecken gespielt haben. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche. Alles wird liebevoll gepflegt, die Vermieter tragen mit ihrer offenen und herzlichen Art dazu bei, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Es ist ein toller Ort, um zu entspannen, und gleichzeitig ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Küste von San Remo bis Nizza zu erkunden. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen!

Sehr gepflegtes Feriendomizil in ruhiger Lage
Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern (6+9)) haben einen tollen Urlaub bei Giusi und Raimondo verbracht. Die gesamte Ferienanlage, Appartments und der Pool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick auf das Meer und Monaco/Frankreich ist ein Traum.
Die Anlage ist tatsächlich schöner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Giusi und Raimondo sind tolle Gastgeber, Kinder sind jederzeit willkommen und können sich in dem Pool (ca. 1,40m Wassertiefe) schön austoben. Wir können uns durchaus vorstellen wieder zu kommen, vor allem auch wegen des tollen Klimas an der ligurischen Mittelmeerküste (tagsüber ist es schön warm, abends braucht man keine Klimaanlage).

Après une petite route escarpée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giusi dans une propriété confortable et une vue magnifique sur la mer et Monaco. La piscine est à partager avec les colocataires. L'appartement a toutes les commodités et est très propre. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et fleuris. Le parking se situe juste de l'autre coté du chemin et il est suffisamment grand pour tout le monde. De plus il est fermé avec une haute barrière et un cadenas. Le portail principal est verrouillé aussi et nous disposons de deux jeux de clés. Les enfants peuvent jouer librement dans la cour en toute sécurité. Giusi nous avait donné des indications précises avec photos sur l'itinéraire et nous avons trouvés facilement et elle est également de très bon conseil pour les visites, restaurants ... En bref je recommanderais cette location à un ami car je trouve qu'elle a un bon rapport qualité / prix

séjour superbe , appartement bien équiper comme a la maison tous y est très bonne literie,très propre coin piscine idéal , les propriétaire sont très gentil très discret et a votre service, coté voiture parking privé ferme a disposition , le propriétaire donne de bonne adresse pour les visite et petit resto typique , une vue sur la Riviera jusqu’à Monaco, adresse a gardé et a donné;

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, souriants, à votre service et disponibles tout en étant discrets.
La piscine en hauteur offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et la cote d'azur, le jardin est entretenu et apporte une touche d'exotisme dans ce havre de paix.
Le pittoresque village de Dolceaqua est à quelques kilomètres, ainsi que le bord de mer.
Nous y retournerons sans hésiter, si vous voulez passer un séjour dépaysant, ressourçant et reposant n'hésitez pas, rendez-vous à Camporosso!!

Excellent vacation gettaway
We stayed here with a family of 4 during the 2015 summer holidays and we were very satisfied. The owners are true masters in hospitality and are doing everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Clean apartment, nice pool, great garden, spectacular view and quiet. We have been here at the end of april till the beginning of mai.
The accomodation is very clean and also enough space for 4 - 6 people.
The kitchen is big and everything is present to make a good meal by yourself.
The view from the garden is so great you must fall in love with it.
Even after having poor weather some days the stay could not be ruined by that.
The owners of this villa are very kind and also very helpfull.
If you want to stay at the flowerriviera this is highly recommanded.

We have spent a wonderful week in Liguria... The appartment was very large and very well equiped. The owners were very helpfull and very kind! As the house is situated on a hill, we had very beautiful views over the Ligurian coastline. We would consider coming back for a future summer holiday. Hidden away on top of the hill, lies this beautiful villa with appartments (navigation does not work, use route description of the owners).
We had 2 very modern decorated appartments (3/4) with all facilities one can think of. A private terrace for dinners while enjoying sea view, a wonderful pool with a magnificent view on the sea and the hills in the middle of a well kept garden.Very peaceful.
Down at the hill there are 2 supermarkets and there a plenty of nice restaurants nearby eg. in Dolceacqua.
Ideal spot to enjoy the sun and make day trips to Monaco, Menton or the beach (we went to Arma di Taggia (30 min) sand beach, because Ventimiglia has pebble beach which we personally don't like)
The owners were very kind and helpful and invest a lot of time in keeping this paradise a true paradise for their guests.
We would absolutely recommend this appartment for people looking to spend their holidays at a beautiful, serene/peaceful location, and don't mind taking the car for +-/ 15 min to reach the supermarkets/town centre.
