Lovely Levanto

Perfectly situated in the old picturesque part of Levanto, minutes from the sea and piazza lined with cafés. Beautiful view and kind staff.

Spring mattress not very comfortable.

Great location, AC not great

EXCELLENT location. Lovely, affordable restaurant with attentive staff and tasty food attached to the lodge. Brioche buns and coffee provided complimentary every day. Room cleaned every day. Pretty terrace. Large bathroom. Kind staff.

While there was an AC unit, the room was still hot — this may be because the AC couldn’t catch up with the mid-90s temps and heat emanating from the mini fridge. While the room was clean, there were a number of little sugar ants crawling around and some black mold in the shower. I wasn’t necessarily concerned about this but I wouldn’t give it a higher rating because of it. I would still recommend this place but maybe not during super hot months — if booking during hot months, I would find some other way to cool down (wet the top sheet, put a water bottle under neck while sleeping, etc).

Charming hotel, great staff, and it doesn't matter that there's no breakfast because there are many cafes where you can buy a cappucino + croissant for 3 euros. The location was calm, and next to the beach

The A/C was not cooling really, but there was ok cool air from the balcony so we slept well

Lovely stay! Hope to return

Very close to the beach. Older property but clean and comfortable. Staff was responsive to messages/questions but not at all in the way. We had a wonderful time. Levanto is a lovely town, people were very friendly, great shops, bars, and restaurants. The beach was also very nice.

Not a complaint, but there is no lift, which was communicated in the listing and prior to booking, so not a surprise , but the steps are steep and the stairs were slightly difficult for me (I have bad ankles). Despite this, I would still return here and would recommend it to anyone who does not have mobility issues.

Small but sweet balcony. Good shower. Overall efficient space. Resident pass for parking.

Excellent location and very friendly lady at reception. It was also a pleasant surprise to be able to use the capsule coffee machine. Despite not speaking Italian it was possible to communicate with a translator and borrow a wine opener, thank you very much! A great place for a short term stay.

Unfortunately the window in the room we rented was facing the air conditioners whose noise caused some discomfort when the window was open. With the window closed there was no problem. The door to the bathroom was a bit clipped and the fridge could have cooled a bit more strongly.

literally everything. the staff- the location- the room quality - I actually decided to extend my stay because of this exceptional experience.

Good trip wich allowed me to visit the "five lands" using different walks each days.

The location is good, close to the beach/center/train station

No Wifi, the flat is good is you re just here to walk to the "Five lands" but do not look for a high class hotel.

Great value for money and very kind anders

Great location very nice staff and owner. Very good restaurant in the first floor and nothing to complain about really.

The "Breakfast" situation was quite strange in the beginning as I was looking a long time for the coffee maker as I haven't gotten any info where to find it at check in. And there must be a better bagged Croissant to offer to the guests.

The location is just fantastic, 2 minutes walj from beaches, restaurants and bars, main streets etcetera. The staff is extremely kind.

The room was small, the bathroom had no window and it was somehow impossible to keep it dry, the breakfast was in fact not available
