House was in a great location to the resort for skiing. Roads were constantly plowed. The house had a good layout for our 2 families. I would recommend adding an additional hair dryer.

We had 3 couples and 2 small children. Everyone had their own space with plenty of room. Everything needed was provided. Great common space with kitchen, living and dining areas such that all were engaged in conversations regardless if watching TV, playing, cooking or eating. Also large common area downstairs with a video game console that the boys absolutely enjoyed.
Will definitely look at staying here again.

Beautiful. Quiet. Nicely Furnished. Close to town and activities. Everything we needed for a get-away trip. We felt welcome here. The scripture on the wall invited us in - very encouraging! We would stay here again for sure! Blessings to the owners!

We absolutely loved our stay! With four kids and a dog, the layout location could not have been better. I had coffee on the deck each morning with beautiful views. The house was modern, well-stocked, and incredibly clean. The distance from downtown is perfect! Removed from the hustle, but close enough to walk. We did not want to leave!

Wonderful mountain retreat
We stayed here with extended family in July 2022. Legacy Retreat was the perfect place to share with family. We loved that within minutes of walking out the front door we were hiking on trails and surrounded by trees and wild flowers. The home has everything you might need for a home away from home; we spent time playing games, relaxing in the hot tub and eating outside in the deck at sunset. We spent some time in Winter Park and loved that everything was a short 10 min drive away.
I would highly recommend Legacy Retreat for anyone looking for a luxurious mountain getaway!

Wonderful location!
Beautiful setting! Loved viewing wildlife from the back deck. Extremely clean and well-apppointed. We felt completely at home at this beautiful townhouse. Walking distance to restaurants and breweries along with hiking trails.

Great Summer Getaway
Wonderful place to stay in beautiful Winter Park. Close to many beautiful hikes and outdoor activities but also perfect if you just enjoy the quiet, beauty of the nearby community. The chalet is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and close proximity to beautiful hiking. The chalet is roomy and ready for your next adventure with friends and family.

Amazing Getaway
Home was well equipped and easily slept our family of 8. Enjoyed the hiking, restaurants all within walking distance, great food. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking and the weather was unbeatable. Great views of the mountains off the patios. We will definitely be back.

Amazing home
We were lucky enough to spend several days in Wendy and Tim's stunning home! It has every possible amenity imaginable! Beautiful views, very comfortable beds and plenty of work spaces! The hot tub was perfect after exploring the beautiful town of Winter Park. We were only steps away from the bus stop and tons of amazing walking trails. I can't say enough about this beautiful home!!

Great Townhome and Location
We loved the home, had a girls getaway and the home had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing and the walk into downtown was short and easy. There are great breweries close by as well as restaurants. The home had plenty of room with two master bedrooms and the bunk room, it can easily sleep 10 in the home without any couches or air mattresses. House was immaculate, well decorated, and missing nothing to enjoy comfort of a home away from home.

39 lookout point
We stayed for our sons's spring break week. The house was just as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the pots/pans were is great shape. The fireplace, BBQ grill, and garage were all added perks for sure! We loved the location and the neighbors we met were all really nice.
The house is set up to accommodate a walker, wheelchair, ADA accessibility so if you were to need this amenity you would feel right at home here.
The only thing that was not ideal was the entryway is v. cramped. Maybe that was just our experience though since we have 3 preteen/teenage boys plus my husband and I. When you walk in there is a bench and a pantry directly in between the two doors. Its really hard to enter the house and remove boots/shoes to protect the floors. I wish there were a little breathing room on entry. This is not a complaint but just an FYI for renters to know about and plan for with kids.

Perfect Girls Gataway Location
From booking to the end of our stay, everything was seamless. The location is awesome. I'd say familiarize yourself with the shuttle schedule. The house was incredibly spacious and the views were amazing. The condo was so nice we didn't mind staying in and enjoying the hot tub at night. We will be back!

We will be back - everything was perfect, great location, well appointed, and pet friendly! The ONLY slightly strange piece was the ADA shower with no curtain in the upstairs master but that’s really nitpicking. Overall a perfect experience.

Great location with many activities. The home was perfect for 2 separate families, upstairs was 1 master bedroom and downstairs was another master bedroom and a separate bedroom for the kids and other guest that tagged along.

Fantastic Stay
What an amazing Winter Park vacation made even more special by the great accommodations! The townhome had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and great furnishings. Access to the two-car garage made loading/unloading ski gear easy and kept us from having to haul everything through the house everyday. We will definitely be back and will definitely book with you guys again!

Great Property
This property has everything you could ask for - plenty of space, amenities and location is great. There is construction of another condo right outside the patio, and it was a bit loud at times but that's unavoidable - if there was any negative, it would be it was a little difficult to control the temperature of the master bedroom at times. Other than that, great property for families and the hot tub was awesome. Nice to have a garage for parking and location is close to everything, would stay here again.

The home was absolutely lovely and we loved the scripture over the dining room table.
We loved it. It was a beautiful home and had everything we needed, including a beautiful Bible to read during quiet time. The views were magnificent. We would definitely consider coming again. It was our first time using a Vacation rental before.

Great Place For Family
THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!! We stayed at the Legacy Retreat on look out point #39. The home was immaculate, kitchen was fully stocked!! I love to cook, so this was a PLUS for our family. The views were breath taking. Hot tub was amazing in the evenings to just sit back and relax. The people in town were super friendly. We will definitely be returning to this town and property!

Our only complaint was the construction directly off of the balcony. No view off the balcony other than construction of a new building. The condo was clean, and had plenty of entertainment options and games. Lots of options for kids.

Lovely place in Fraser
We had a lovely time in Fraser. The condo was wonderful. It was well stocked with cooking items and all we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was above and beyond what we anticipated, it was perfect, we used it a couple of times each day! The layout was wonderful for us, as the bunkbeds with double beds on the bottom made it so our three sets of adults could have their own rooms. The views from the condo were amazing as well. We loved watching the sunset from the porch. Plenty of room to relax and be with one another. Really liked the two separate living rooms.
We were surprised by all of the steps we needed to do before we left the condo, such empty all garbages, take the garbage and recycling to the dumpster down at the end of the cul-de-sac, strip all beds, start a load of laundry, start the dishwasher all the while paying for a cleaning fee. It seems like a big ask to take the garbage and recycling to the dumpsters. Overall we would stay here again.

Construction ZONE! And not well cleaned.
There is a lot of construction directly in front of this unit and across from it. They stop at 6 PM and start and 7 AM Monday-Saturday. Not relaxing and not the "view" that they posted on line. And the home was not cleaned well given the current pandemic issues. The home itself is very nice, comfortable and and in a great location in regards to town and activities.

Nice home/location but construction nearby
This is a very nice home & appeared clean. However, in this time of Covid, I’m even more particular about cleanliness than ever. And there was a ponytail holder left on the master nightstand and in a bathroom, and fries in the oven, which really made me wonder/worry how deep-cleaned/detailed it was.
It’s also in a pretty location but there is construction going on right next to it which decreased the peaceful factor.

The home is cozy and welcoming! They thought of everything that makes this a “home” and not just a rental. The neighborhood is quiet, close to restaurants, and the evening sunsets are spectacular. We loved our stay and enjoyed our vacation.

Amazing Home and Hiking Trails Outside the Door
This is the third time we have visited the home. It is less than a mile from downtown Winter Park and a few hundred feet to the hiking trails and bus system. The views are amazing and it is so peaceful. The sunsets are incredible especially from the hot tub. Definitely a place we will frequent as we have a blast every time. The place makes you feel right at home.
