Très bon séjour

Bien situé par rapport à notre demande. Grande chambre et salle de bains. Laurent, le responsable a été très bien: efficace, très disponible et très près de ses clients pour leur assurer un superbe séjour (comme aller récupérer un médicament à la pharmacie pendant notre absence). Le personnel très bien et discret. Merci à toute l’équipe

We loved the staff and the food.

The staff was the high point of this stay. We were very well treated and the food we were offered was delicious.

We felt the property wasn’t as perceived in the pictures and lost on the design decoration elements. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Stunning hotel but work needs to be done.

The estate is beautiful and very calm and peaceful. The rooms are tastefully decorated and large with pleanty of space for storage. The gardens are stunning and very well maintained, beautiful orange and lemon trees, we loved the rosemary bushes and the tortoise! Amine and ossama were fantastic and extremely helpful, it was wonderful to be able to have such personal service, they give you their WhatsApp details and you can contact them if you need anything. Excellent service, thank you! Wifi in the hotel worked well throughout. We had a wonderful time in Marrakech and did enjoy our stay at this hotel but it was the service provided by Amine and Ossama that made this hotel bareable and the fact that the grounds were beautifully maintained. If it wasn't for this I would have asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else.

The hotel could be so much better with just a few small adjustments. FOOD I do not recommend eating at the hotel. There are no menus, so guests have no idea what's on offer to eat or how much things cost. You are asked if you'd like lunch or dinner and advised that simple Moroccan food can be made (tagine, skewers, cous cous etc) we are not big eaters and with the heat a tagine is quite heavy so we asked if it was possible to share, we were told no. However, what wasn't clear was that the hotel offered a set menu (starter, main and dessert) 150 MAD and this had to be ordered per person. There was also the option to just order a main at the cost of 80MAD which is fine to share, there was a big back and forth around food, what was available and what could and couldn't be shared, this could have been avoided entirely if there were menus. The food we ordered(chicken and lamb skewers with a salad and some sauted potatoes) was flavourless and bland, the meat had no seasoning and the lamb was tough, we ended up sending it back and had no dinner that evening. I would suggest the Cecilia spends a bit of money and hires a propper chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner instead of trying to save money and doing the cooking herself. The breakfast isn't the best, its mainly breads with jams and eggs, and the same every morning, it would be great if there was a variety of different Moroccan breakfast items available so that breakfast doesn't become boring, after 7 days of eating averagly cooked eggs in bread I don't want to see an eggs for a few months. POOL The pool area is beautiful but not very well maintained, the tiles at the bottom of the pool were all coming up, which meant the bottom of the pool was quite dangerous resulting in my partner cutting his foot. ROOM It would be helpful to have a fridge in the room. The safe is pointless as you can't set your own code, you have to use the code that provided on the safe.

Good villa

Good

We came as a family with my 3 children, 1 older and 2 younger. It was calm and peaceful just what we needed for a break. The staff Ameen and Osama were exceptional. The food was outstanding especially the chocolate cake prepared kindly by the owners. I am very picky but this place went above and beyond. Very clean Villas and the eatery was spacious. Home cooked food. We will be returning soon without a doubt. All the best and keep up the good work.

Pleasurably comfortable and relaxing.

Peaceful location, beautiful natural environment. Exceptionally clean and spacious accommodation with excellent access to places of interest. Warm friendly welcome from Cecilia and made to feel very comfortable and homely. Amil and his brother were too most welcoming, friendly and helpful staff with any request politely dealt with. Food too was excellent. Our visit and stay was a pleasure indeed and we hope to be your guests again in the future.

Relaxing countryside stay

The room and toilet are large and bright. The buildings on the property they have a beautiful Moroccan architectural style and they are immerse in a large garden full of olive and citrus trees. Relaxing atmosphere and nice swimming pool.

It would be nice to have a mini fridge on the room as on the property there isn’t a bar. Having fresh water and/or snack during the day it could be nice. There isn’t tv on the room and is not soundproof. Because there’s not a restaurant or bar to order a dinner the guests need to advise the day before if they desired lunch or dinner.

fantastic! will come back in a heart beat !

domaine case Cecilia is a great place to relax and recharge your battery. it’s very quiet , with a lovely garden. the staff has been amazon , they helped us organize activities like quad and camel rides. And the food was also excellent, we had a tajine for each dinner. very authentic experience I highly recommend.

the property was between 30/40 min from where we wanted to get too but that’s not a huge deal Breaker since the domaine will call up a cab for you.

pleasant stay!

The place is just beautiful. Staff is really friendly. The food is good!

There is no food or snacks that you can get in the Hotel if you don’t prebook it. You need to let them know the day before if you are going to have lunch/diner there, which is fine but there is no minibar in the room so if you want water or any snacks outside of lunch, diner hours - make sure to bring it with you!
