49 Ulwell Road is a stunning, detached cottage, resting in the seaside resort of Swanage in Dorset. There are five bedrooms in the property which include a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a double with basin, a further double, a 4' double and a single with an en-suite shower room, served by a ground-floor shower room and a second shower room, sleeping nine guests in total. The property is also home to a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with a woodburning stove, study with an open fire and a games room. Outside is driveway parking for three cars and a decking, patio and lawned garden with furniture and a stream. 49 Ulwell Road is a beautiful property to base your exploration of the Dorset coast with loved ones.
Amenities: Gas central heating with wood-burning stove. Gas double rangemaster cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Two hairdryers at the property. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Driveway parking for three cars. Decking, patio and lawned garden with furniture and a stream. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, dog not allowed upstairs or on furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.4 miles. Beach 10 minute walk. Note: There is a stream in the garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: You will need to provide your own bedding for the travel cot

Durlston Country Park makes a great spot for a leisurely stroll, where you can even spot dolphins and enjoy a drink in its delicious café. Near to Studland and Poole Harbour, you won't be short of activity whilst in Swanage.
