Located in Surfside Beach, this oceanfront six-bedroom house is the perfect family vacation home! Three ocean front bedrooms, two covered porches and a private walkway down to the sand secure your spot in vacation mode! Floramay II is inviting and comfortable, with roomy and bright bedrooms and lots of homey touches, including plenty of seating for family meal time! The lovely ocean front porch features rocking chairs for your enjoyment, and an enclosed outdoor shower makes returning from the beach a breeze. Floramay II is also available for last minute nightly reservations. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Walkway to beach. 3 ocean front bedrooms. 2 singles are roll away beds. WIFI. Approximate square footage 2750. 2 bedrooms upstairs have private baths: 1 with king, 1 with 2 queens. Built in 1998. No smoking or pets allowed.

Loved the location, layout. size of the house and lots of parking area. We also enjoyed the porch and rocking chairs . But the house needs a good "deep " cleaning. Seemed a little neglected. A larger Tv in the den would also be nice for large families. There was also trash around the outside of the house . Dunes Realty was easy to work with and even with these negatives we still plan to be back

Great location, they have done a lot of work to the decks and walkway to the beach, but the house needs a lot of attention. The walls are in need of painting, back door is dirty and knob is worn, beds are horrible. Great location but the house is really dated including appliances and furniture.

I love the house, but the door from the family room is sticky and needs repair. Some paint is needed to make the place look like it did when I first stayed there several years ago. These small problems do not reduce our recommendation for the house.

This was a great place! The house was big, and had a good location. The only thing we didn't like was all of the really personal pictures around the house. I'm not sure they are appropriate for all of the different families that rent the house.

Our stay consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids. The house is in a great location with beautiful views. The home itself could use some paint and TLC. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of seating. The house itself is quite large and the living would only seat about 4 or 5 people comfortably. Probably a great home for a family of 6 or so but not for a larger party.

The property overall was not bad. The location was right next to a public beach access which was not as bad as I thought that it might be but did make for a somewhat crowded beach. The house itself seems a little dated. Pillows were ultra thin, sliding shower doors did not work in downstairs master and the house seemed a bit "weathered". We also had to contend with the bugs outside. Likely normal for summer in SC but you couldn't sit on the back porch at night without having 4 or 5 very large roaches scurrying across the back porch pretty much constantly. Again, likely normal for July in SC but I have stayed at other properties in MB and never had that issue. For the cost of staying there I would have expected a little bit nicer place. We will likely try a different place next year.
