Nice apartment, disappointing staff, noisy AC.

Location close to Disney. On site amenities and pool. Apartment size and facilities.

Resort manager and vacation home rental manager both extremely unhelpful when our apartment door security key pad stopped working and we're locked out of the apartment at 10pm. We were basically left to figure it out on our own. No response from RBR Vacation Homes emergency contact number despite leaving several voicemails. Luckily a window had been left slightly open and we managed to climb in. Also, not mentioned in the listing is the fact the air conditioning units for the apartment block are located right outside the bedroom window and make a lot of noise all night.

Квартира очень большая.

Хочу написать тут все минусы этой квартиры, чтобы другие гости были предупреждены перед приездом сюда. Расположение квартиры очень плохое! От центра города находится очень далеко. Следовательно рядом нет никаких ресторанов, магазинов, развлечений. Каждый раз нам приходилось брать такси, что было очень дорого, так как квартира находится далеко от города. Мы жили далеко от бассейна, приходилось идти пешком с маленькими детьми. Бассейн поделен на 2 зоны, если ваши дети хотят купаться в зоне водных горок, вы должны заплатить дополнительные деньги. Квартира находится в закрытой территории, поэтому везде вам нужно вводить код на двери, код для того чтобы пройти в бассейн, код чтобы пройти поиграть в игровые машины, и код для вьезда в территорию и др. В квартире посудомоечная машина протекает, поэтому лучше ее не включать. На стол нежелательно ставить кружки с горячими напитками, так как остается след на столе. К счастью мы сразу увидели это и не повредили лак стола. Хозяин оставил много предупреждений, поэтому мы с осторожностью обращались с мебелью, полотенцами. Будьте готовы купить жидкость для стирки, для посуды, пакеты для мусора и возьмите свои полотенца, а также тряпку для мытья пола. Квартиру не приходили убирать в течение недели, хотя в стоимость включена большая сумма за уборку жилья. Кстати, в квартиру вы не попадете если приедете до 16 часов. Мы приехали в 14 часов из аэропорта и ждали во дворе, так как чемоданы хранить негде. И check-out очень ранний, очень неудобно. Мы пожалели, что не забронировали отель, так было бы удобнее (в отеле меняют полотенца, убирают комнаты и можно сдать на хранение чемоданы).

Has the potential to be better.

The owner was very prompt with sending me the code to the door so I didn't have any problems with getting into the property. The property was spacious and was in a good proximity to where we were going.

The property was not as clean as we would have liked it to be. The whole house looked like it needed to be swept. The beds were EXTREMELY hard. The sheets in one room had blood on it, as well as the comforter having stains. The other room's bedding just looked dingy and old. We had to go to Walmart (which was very close to the property 😀) and purchase mattress cushions, mattress protectors, sheets, and blanket for the 2 queen rooms (did not use the 3rd room).

we had the best visit! i’m already trying to figure out when we could come again to stay. the kids had an absolutely inc

so many things to do for the entire family! we all had a blast. we ALMOST convinced my grandmother to try the little water slide in the kids section. no such luck lol.

the ONLY negatives i had - i wish there were spare blankets for cuddling on the couch for movie nights. the “master” w the en suite, the bed was pretty small for a master & was incredibly creaky.
