Rachel's Retreat is Waterfront Relaxation at its finest, with gorgeous views of sunsets, balcony to enjoy the cool salt breezes, and a Master Bedroom and Living Room overlooking the waterfront. This beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with private den, central air conditioned villa sleeps up to 6 people with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (in den). A Pack -and-Play is provided for our small guests. Open kitchen and living room allows for easy family gatherings and dinners. The kitchen is furnished with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and grinder, Keurig Coffee Maker, blender, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and much more. Spend quality time together relaxing around the pool, strolling through town, exercising in the onsite fitness room, or just relaxing and watching TV together. You will find 3 Televisions in the home, one in the living room with DVD player, one in the master bedroom, and one located in the private den with DVD player. Internet is provided in the home for your enjoyment. We ask that you bring your own sheets and towels, but if you prefer the owner is providing sheets in the home for your use. We ask that the sheets be washed, folded, and placed back in the closet before departure. A washer and dryer is provided in the home for use. Please leave the home in a neat and tidy condition. Wonderful, clean condo in a waterfront complex with a pool. Perfect for families. Has all amenities needed. Note that you need to bring sheets and towels and check in requires a trip to a separate office. This could be eliminated if host messaged the key code to the front door via VRBO. As an EV driver, I appreciated easy access to inexpensive public charging at the hotel next door.

My oldest daughter, mom and I met up for a long overdue visit with aunts and cousins. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the local food, entertainment and carnival. The condo was fantastic! It had everything we could need and plenty of room. The location was perfect, we were able to walk around or take a short ride to everything the island has to offer. I'll definitely be back with my husband.

We traveled to Chincoteague for my daughter’s birthday. The condo was even better than the photos! The view was stunning, and we spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the bay. It was close to everything. The entire property is kept up very well. The check-in process was easy, and the host responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

This was the best apartment that I ever rented in this building. Deborah, the owner was a prompt respond on the phone, all the times we called her. Everything was excellent and we enjoyed staying there. I will go back there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this clean, quiet condo. This second floor unit is very spacious, & the waterfront balcony is the place to be at sunset! The furniture & beds are comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with EVERY appliance imaginable & there are plentiful, high end dishes, cups...everything. We look forward to returning to this lovely condo on Chincoteague Island. Thanks for sharing your wonderful retreat with us. Highly recommend!!

Apartment was exactly as advertised. The weather was a bit cool to sit on the balcony very much, but we could watch sunsets, boats going by, and hundreds of birds in the bay through the windows. Easy walking distance to restaurants and stores. We're already planning our next trip.

This is a great unit - walk to town, walk to balcony for beautiful sunsets and views of the water! Everything you could ask for in the kitchen! The beds were a little soft for our old backs and we wished for a smart tv or that we'd brought a laptop to watch a movie, but really this unit is fabulous and we had an awesome weekend.

This condo is more lovely and spacious than the photos convey. The views are 270 degrees of the bay and canal from almost every room. It’s rare to be so pleasantly surprised, but the kitchen is incredible, the bedrooms and baths generously airy, and the porch accessible from the living room and master suite. Right on Main Street, toward the southern part of the island — perfect for exploring in all directions by foot, bike or car!

This condo is comfortable, inviting and has everything you need and more for a vacation away from home. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking and entertaining. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony watching the boats and birds as they passed through every day. The end location of the condo affords a great private view of the channel between the mainland and the island. The condo is within steps of shops and restaurants. Debbie, the property manager was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. I would vacation there again!

This condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet with incredible sunsets, cool breezes, and loads of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked, and then some. When have I ever seen a VRBO with an air fryer? Whoever owns this unit gives it 100% TLC and I thank you for trusting your lovely home with us.

Great bayside view off corner of building, clean, peaceful and quiet, lots of space for the 2 of us, or even 2 couples, plenty of parking, walk to all the main street restaurants. Huge kitchen was nice and well equipped, great view off balcony, and being on 2nd floor was great. Got to see a rocket launch off from Wallops to top it off.

The condo was very well maintained with a porch that overlooked the bay. We spent the mornings and evenings enjoying the view. It makes for a great place to see the sunset and pm storms. Condo is very close walking distance to restaurants and a bike ride away from the beach. Would stay here again!!
