Nice staff, bedbugs.

The staff was friendly and very helpful 🙂 Location was great, walking distance to the train station.

I found bedbugs on the both beds, one was crawling on me on the last night. Now I'm scared if some followed me back home.

Goede basis voor een kort verblijf in Brussel

de ligging van het hotel aan het binnenrijden van Brussel en de aanwezigheid van de bus waren een pluspunt

In de kamer was de airco heel erg luid aanwezig, heel hinderlijk tijdens de nacht

Soddisfatti!

Carina la stanza,pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Appena fuori il centro storico ma ben collegata con metro e bus. Zona tranquilla, con accanto una casa di cura e un supermercato. Bella la palestra gratuita.

Très satisfaite de mon séjour dans cette établissement.

Facile d’accès, chambre propre et accueillante, conforme aux photos. Libre accès à la buanderie et salle de sport.

Literie un peu trop ferme à mon goût.

Value for money . Τοποθεσία βολική με λεωφορείο και μετρό σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση.

Mείναμε για 4 βράδια και δε μας ενόχλησε ότι δεν γινόταν καθημερινός καθαρισμός. Οι παροχές του δωματίου ήταν πολύ καλές και το κόστος για αλλαγή πετσετών πολύ χαμηλό. Ενδεχομένως για περισσοτερες μέρες να χρειαζόταν κάποια καθαριοτητα πάντως εμείς δε τη χρειαστήκαμε. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή και το γεγονός ότι απέναντι είχε νοσοκομείο/μαιευτήριο δε μας ενόχλησε. Ειχε πολύ ησυχία .

Πιστεύω ότι η καθαριότητα θα έπρεπε να γίνεται και για λιγότερες από 8 διανυκτερεύσεις . Ανά 2-3 μέρες θα ήταν το ιδανικό. Παρόλα αυτά δε νομίζω ότι είναι αποτρεπτικός παράγοντας .

wszystko mi się podobało, bardzo ładne pokoje z aneksem kuchennym. Czysta pościel, czyste ręczniki. Bardzo dobre śniadanie ze świeżo wyciskanym sokiem. Blisko do metra - kilka minut na piechotę. Metrem bezpośrednio do centrum.

Not clean.

I liked that the metro wasn’t a far walk.

There was bugs in our room, bed bugs. We got eaten alive but we didn’t know why. Originally there was a bunch of mosquitos in our room so we thought it was that then the second night we were covered in bites. Also, parking. Forget about it. It’s 2.60€ an hour! Doesn’t matter if it’s a weekend or weekday night or day it’s 2.60 an hour.

Perfect home from home

A well designed room, comfortable, clean and with a kitchenette. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. A peaceful location, yet at the same time the hotel is close to a Metro station, bus route, a small supermarket and café restaurant. You can get to the city centre within a half hour. The hotel has a small gym and a laundry room (with ironing board).

All good especially the reasonable price.

Ganz okay für Kurztrip

Klo macht nachts ständig random Geräusche als ob man spült. Keine kostenfreie Park Möglichkeit. Definitiv zu teuer für 3 Sterne ohne Schwimmbad und ohne inklusive Frühstück. Da bekommt man auch andere Hotels bei dem Preis

Uitstekende optie voor de prijs.

De kamers zijn erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo zit er ook een koelkast, fornuis etc. in de hotelkamer. De metro ligt op zon 5-10 minuutjes lopen, vanaf daar ben je met minder dan een half uur in het centrum.

Het parkeren met de auto kan lastig zijn.

Le petit déjeuner était incroyable ! Et la dame qui s’en occupait était gentille et très attentionnée à ce qu’il ait tout de disponible en tout temps.

Un séjour de qualité !

L’accueil est chaleureux, l’hôtel est propre agréable et surtout facile d’accès. Les chambres sont spacieuse, propre et agréable. Les lits sont sur confortables grand et chaud.

Il faisait vachement chaud dans la chambre malgré la fenêtre ouverte, nous n’avons pas réussi à diminué le thermostat, chaque fois celui ci remontait à 24°… quelques douleurs à la tête du à ça. Mais rien de bien grave.

Camas cómodas

Hotel limpio, buen desayuno, cerca de parada de autobús y con sitio de taxis afuera. Habitación para cuatro es pequeña pero suficiente y con camas cómodas. Personal de recepción muy amable.

Está retirado del centro y debes pagar autobús para llegar allá. El desayuno aveces se terminaba y no rellenaban todo.

Accueillant et serviable.

Malgré des imprévus, l'équipe a su nous proposer des alternatives. Pièces spacieuses et agréables. Le personnel toujours souriant et à l'écoute.Le kit d'accueil a été une bonne surprise.

Il manque un peu de lumière dans la chambre. Un plafonnier aurait un bien.

Jó helyen fekvő, tiszta, kedves személyzettel működő hotel, ahonnan a belváros könnyen elérhető.

Jó parkoló, kedves személyzet, a város egyik csendes környékén fekvő szállása, jó közlekedéssel.

A légkondicionáló túl hangos volt éjszaka, nem lehetett szabályozni.

Good value option just outside centre

Great good value choice a little bit outside the centre but with easy transport links to the main attractions. Rooms extremely comfortable with all needed facilities.

Poor noise insulation in the rooms meant that noise from adjoining rooms and exterior was noticeable

Il design era super , la camera era meravigliosa , con una grande finestra luminosa e abbastanza pulita, spazi giusti e location ottima molto vicina ai mezzi

Ideale locatie voor VUB

Op wandelafstand van VUB. Grote kamer, heel net, vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijt. Ik kwam toe tijdens een sneeuwdag, hierdoor was ik wat vroeger en mocht zelfs vroeger de kamer in. Echt top!

Very modern well-equipped hotel with nice built-in kitchen and friendly staff + dog-friendly.

Nice modern facility, rooms very well equipped with a small kitchenette, TV, fridge or kettle. Location well connected to main bus lines to take you to the city center. Carrefour express right in front of the hotel inside the Delta hospital, Aldi 10 mins walk-away. Staff really helpful and friendly. We had a small dog with us, very dog-friendly hotel.

Maybe the price might be a bit lower...as always :)

El personal molt agradable i molt atent. L hotel molt tranquil i sensació de benestar. El gimnàs no molt gran però molt ben equipat. Brussel·les per Nadal és espectacular, és una immersió al Nadal. Molt recomanable L hotel està apartat del centre però molt ben comunicat amb el metro

L habitació per quatre una mica petita, per dormir encara , però per cuinar i menjar una mica dificil

Highly recommended

Nice, clean hotel, easy to reach by car, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the room not crowded (there may be busier periods though). The reception has some frozen food like pizza and pasta and there is an oven to heat them up, very handy if you arrive late at night. There's a Carrefour Express nearby as well which surprisingly was open on Christmas day. You can leave the car in front of the hotel for a bit to move the luggage but can't park there. The receptionist gave us some suggestions where to park for free but I was too tired to wander around, so we just used the secure underground car park near the hotel at 2 euros per hour (though not entirely clear to me, I paid less than I thought, maybe some overnight discount).

I couldn't get the chromecast working.

Christmas Markets Trip

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the metro making access to the city very convenient (5 Erasmus) We arrived very early in the day and our rooms weren't ready but we were able to store our luggage and go exploring the Christmas markets. There's a supermarket and café literally across the street. The hotel was pristine and the staff helpful. A charging port right by the bed for phone/tablet was a welcome addition.
