Ruime,comfortabele en zeer schone kamers. Zeer gastvrije eigenaar en gaf veel tips voor restaurants. Ontbijt was goed.

Сложно припомнить, что не было идеальным 😂 Все просто отлично: расположение недалеко от автострады (но ее не видно и не слышно), красивая территория с высокими деревьями, очень симпатичный особняк, приветливый хозяин и просто бесподобная обстановка номера - все сделано с любовью. Очень удобные матрасы. Очень чисто. Ничем не пахнет, просто свежо. Отличное отопление радиаторами. Удобная душевая. Все просто великолепно!

Не к чему придраться.

OK voor een nachtje maar snel weer vergeten.

Vriendelijke en flexibele ontvangst, extra moeite gedaan voor de verjaardag van mijn vrouw: kaarsje en taartje op tafel. Vlot bereikbaar met handig systeem om ook buiten de uren het domein binnen te kunnen.

Mooi kader met veel potentieel maar kitscherig afgewerkt: namaakgras bedekt de mooie stenen vloeren, namaakhouten meubels en deuren, plastieken gordijnen, sfeerloos licht... Microgolfoventje balanceert op een krukje. Ontbijt: alles voorverpakt en van lage kwaliteit.

Amazing.

Wow! We realy didn't expect to find ourselves in such an amazing place. The house, feeling like a Hacienda, is beautiful, a big yard,big rooms very clean,, generous breakfast and 'just use waht you need' statement -A very welcoming hospitality . We widh we had more than one night there.

Komfortowe mieszkanie wraz z dużym ogrodem oraz sympatycznym właścicielem.

Przestronna, prywatna przestrzeń w formie osobnego mieszkania. W środku wszystkie możliwe udogodnienia, a na zewnątrz przepiękny ogród. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny właściciel. Prywatny zamykany parking. We wnętrz mieszkania znajduje się również mikrofalówka, czajnik, plastikowe kubki oraz różnorodne herbaty. Świetny komfort do odpoczynku 🙂

Matteo is a Superhero! You can't go wrong with this B&B

Do you know Matteo? He is a Superhero and an owner of this property! I was injured during the bike ride around Italian lakes and had to change plans, and Matteo made his best to help me with the early check-in. Also the place itself is just wonderful, it looks like a wonderland in the middle of the crazy world: calm and relaxed, with birds singing and the flowers blooming. It is obvious how much effort Matteo put into this property and you can tell right away, that this is his life, his Leidenschaft, his Goal and his Journey. Going back to the real life: my room was amazing, spacious, clean and with everything needed. Breakfast is a bit limited in variety, but hey, I was definitely out of hight season time. I came by bike, but if you have a car - there is plenty of parking space with the closed area behind the gate.

Very beautiful garden and house. The rooms are very big, modern and comfortable. The owner was very friendly. Breakfast was also good. We made our stopover there only for one night and it was perfect. We really can recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Unfortunately it was only one night, but we will be back again! Very warm welcome from host, clear communication, gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, beautiful garden, eye for details. Price/quality is really good!! Thank you so much.

simply great. nothing to complain about.

spacious rooms, great palace like B&B not to mention Matteo who was extremely kind and spent some minutes discussing things with us. Additionally I need to mention that Matteo is helping us to get our son’s toy (left behind by mistake) back home. Thank you Matteo! You rock!

the only thing ww suffered with was lack of airconditioning system however there was 37’C outside the day we were there and as Matteo mentioned- unusual weather conditions. He stated that air conditioning system is in his head and will be installed at some point.

Great stay, happy to come back next time we’re in VA.

A B&B with a fabulous host (Matteo) who pays a lot of attention to details and is always ready to help and make recommendations.The rooms are newly decorated, with a modern design. The bathroom is spacious with a great shower. We were staying in the suite with our two kids, which was incredibly comfortable. Although we were in Varese during a heat wave, we didn’t miss an air conditioning and were happy with airy windows and a ventilator. The B&B boasts a fabulous garden with a football pitch and a basketball set-up as well as great views across Lago di Varese. We had breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking the garden. Matteo made sure our boys loved the breakfast options. La Selvetta is convenient if traveling by car with ample opportunity to safely park the car but there’s also a bus stop right in front of the house which is served by the local bus and takes you to Varese Centre.

Pleasant accommodation in villa with multiple facilities and large park ++

Nice villa with large park. The apartment is comfortable and with multiple utilities/facilities available. The host is kind and respectful of others' privacy. Mattress is on the hard side, but nevertheless comfortable. Generally pleasant and recommended.
