Amazing property with ample room to hold events or family gatherings. Please don't be confused this isn't just another large home. The property has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms just on the first floor alone. No other property in the Tampa Bay Area would be comparable! Without question the property comfortably can house groups of 20 plus people while guests can still maintain their privacy. Large Resort backyard with Brand New Pool installed 2019.

This house was perfect as we had family members all staying at house for a Tampa event. Everyone had their own room and majority had own bathroom! Great kitchen and dining meet up area that is made for large groups. Pool and backyard is fantastic and pool is very well maintained. Was able to get laps in several times. Highly recommend for large groups. Quiet area but still close to all the grocery stores, etc.

The house worked well for our trip. We liked that it was all on one level and family friendly. Having the grill and outdoor eating space was nice too. The pool was VERY cold, but it didn't keep the kids out. Thank you!

Had a blast! The pool was amazing; enough room for everyone to swim, a long shelf area for young swimmers! The 2 outdoor cabanas were so nice to let all levels of sunbathers still hang out together! The patio off kitchen with grill was a great hangout area. The indoor kitchen with room to prep, a chest freezer, and seating for everyone to play cards and games at night!!! We used the basketball hoop out front. Loved that you also recycle. Beds and baths were numerous and clean. Host was quick to get us some extra towels and suggest beaches... Having a washer dryer to pack lighter was fantastic! Location from airport was 20 minutes and drive to Clearwater, Busch Gardens and other beaches all about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Highly recommended, our family left blessed for time together and room to withdraw if needed. (Family of 10 plus grandchildren)

Had a blast spending time with friends for my 50th birthday!! The house had ample space for our group of 20 and was located near Costco and other stores. The outdoor space was furnished with 2 covered seating areas next to a beautiful pool. So many amazing memories ❤️ The owners quickly responded when we had questions. And check out was fantastic…just needed to turn off the lights and lock the door. I would highly recommend this property.

I was looking for a place big enough to host a large group of family members for a reunion and came upon this place. Not only was the rental rate very affordable but the place was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we were looking for. The host was even nice enough to offer the additional 2 bedrooms upstairs at no additional cost to us. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience for our entire group. Highly recommended and we would certainly go back to this place for our next reunion. A+++

We had about 14 family members staying in the property and it fit everyone decently well but not all had bathrooms attached or nearby. Some of the beds were very squeaky/loud and some furnishings were a quite rickety. Some rooms slept very hot at night while others were cold. It was also very echoey/loud with no carpeting/rug in the main area. The floors left everyone’s feet dirty so they could be cleaned. The pool area was beautiful and lots of time was spent out there. Owners were very communicative and nice. Check in and out was easy but the property could use some TLC.

Everything was great! They are currently remodeling the upstairs deck . There is no doubt that it will also be great once complete. The property manager was excellent!!!! She was very helpful, kind and quick to respond. The pool and back yard was resort like and accommodated well!!! (Fire pit, pool, outside bar, propane grill, 2 gazebos, 12 lounge chairs and outdoor couches, basketball hoop) Lastly, the 9 bedrooms were nicely positioned throughout the house. We would highly recommend it to anyone vacationing with a large number of guests.

We stayed for a moms/daughters trip and the house was great! Lots of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The pool was great too! The manager and owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect, many bedrooms. They were somewhat divided up and easy to have separate areas for the different families, a huge plus, and we used them all. We had an event in Tampa, and it’s within 30 minutes, very convenient, and it’s on a quiet road. The house manager, Kathy met us when we checked in to show us how to use the pool alarm, and did a great job to make our stay perfect. Communication was seamless, as was check in and check out. The house had 2 large tables which were perfec to feed our group. The seating area by the tv was large, but we grabbed a few chairs from outside to make it work better for us. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, and cups, many plastic, so they can be used at the pool. No spices, but I had brought my own. And the pool was a home run for all. It had a large shelf, so the younger ones could enjoy it also. The 2 gazebos were great to get out of the sun.

The house was very nice with lots of parking & close to everything we needed. The pool & outside was our main hangout! Beautiful! The host was quick to answer questions & even found us another coffeemaker on Thanksgiving morning! Our only issue: Not enough bath towels & no kitchen towels.

Thank you for opening your home to us! Three generations felt right at home! Plenty of space and we were within a 30 minute drive to all the fun attractions- Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, The Florida Aquarium. It was a great way for our family to reconnect!

Our family of 17 stayed for a week at Pete’s Place and had a wonderful time. We spent a lot of time hanging out and enjoying the pool and creating great memories. We visited a few local spots but spent the majority of our time preparing meals together, playing games and swimming. The time we spent together was priceless!

Had a great stay here with about 20 people. The place was very clean and communication with the hosts was seamless, checkin/checkout was easy. Pros - The outdoor space was incredible. Large pool that was heated at night in a big, well-landscaped backyard with plenty of furniture. That is in addition to a large side patio with tables and a driveway in the front with a basketball hoop. - The house was fairly secluded, but the neighbors were very friendly when we did interact with them. Cons - Not the most spacious inside despite having 9 bedrooms. But the photos on the listing definitely represented the space well, so there were no surprises there. - A little bit far from downtown Tampa and Ybor City Overall, the listing accurately represented the property - would definitely stay here again if I visit the Tampa area!

This is really setup as a place to host a large group. Lot’s of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and you had everything you need. It is a bit out of the way but we were able to Uber to nearby golf courses and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything is clean and updated inside. GORGEOUS patio/pool area in the back that we spent a lot of time at. This house is perfect for large groups! Kathy was a great host, very accommodating and communicative. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location, about a 25 minute drive to many different areas of Tampa. We had a fantastic time in this well cared for home. Plenty of space for our large family. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the flooring was perfect, beautiful, clean and no carpet. The kitchen was easily accessible to cook for our large group. The beautiful, well maintained pool, many chairs, and 2 comfortable gazebos were well used during our stay. The fire pit was a definite added bonus. We also loved that the home was secluded from the neighbors, but all stores were just minutes away. Beautiful area. Communication was impeccable and immediate. All questions were answered in a timely manner. We would leave 6 stars in the ratings… but only 5 were available. The home was that great!

We all loved the backyard it was like a little oasis. The one negative was very dirty. Floors looked like they were never cleaned. We had little kids and we couldn't have them walk barefoot. Other than that the house is very spacious plenty of space. And that backyard is amazing!!!

Peter's home was perfect for our family group. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The house was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped for the couple of meals that we cooked. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool was a big hit with our group and we enjoyed a basketball game on the front drive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Peter's home.
