Welcome to our brand new apartment in the sought after historic district, Hyde Park, in the North End of Boise. Between Camel’s Back Park & the shops on 13th St, you can’t beat the location! Newly constructed unit above a detached garage w/ a private entrance. 52" TV has Chromecast for streaming & local channels, WIFI, full kitchen & bathroom. Private bedroom w/ walk-in closet + a convertible sofa in living space. We really like this place. We were in Boise for a wedding and we love to hike. This place is walking distance from some great hiking trails and is also walking distance to some cool restaurants and hang out places. An easy drive to downtown where we spent a lot of time.

This place was in a great neighborhood. We spent a lot of time away from the property. The city is very bike-able and the neighborhood was walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and even grocery stores. There are great parks nearby to enjoy as well. As for the property itself, Aaron was great to work with, super nice and responsive. I did find the cleanliness of the unit a little sub-par. Notable cons were pink mold growing in the corners of the shower, visible dirt on the floors and counter tops when we arrived, and pillows on the couch were visibly soiled as well. This was a shock due to all of the other rave reviews we read. The unit is smaller than what the pictures show but for two people it was doable. Any more than two people and the space would be cramped. The pros of the unit was the modern appeal, appliances, great kitchen, loved the A/C and window blinds that did a good job of blocking out light. Other than the fireworks for the 4th of July the neighborhood was very quiet. The location felt very safe and the vibes were good. The check was easy and getting in and out of the property was great with an electronic keypad. All in all the property was good and we enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful place in a beautiful part of Boise. We loved that we could safely walk to Hyde Park and even into downtown (about a mile away). Bike rentals nearby. Walking and hiking trails too. The place was beautifully designed, clean and very inviting. Has everything you need except salt and pepper ;).

We loved our stay in the North End. The location was perfect and the apartment over their garage was super clean and charming. We had everything we needed. The space was beautiful and felt brand new. We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and hiking Camel Back. Best breakfast at Certified Bakery. Thank you!
