About this apartment rental
Come stay at our cozy studio while you enjoy all the outdoor activities that Grand County offers. This NOT a short term rental. Looking for mid (30 or more days) to long term renters.
The studio is right next to Ski Granby Ranch where you can ski and snowboard during winter and hike or mountain bike during the summer. There is also a golf course there.
There are three lakes in the area, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake and Grand Lake that are within a short drive.
Winter Park Ski Resort is a 25 minute drive away from the studio, and finally there is the awesome Rocky Mountain National Park in the area as well. So plenty of stress relieving activities for you and your family. So come on, get out of the city and take a breather!
Within the studio there is a queen sized Murphy bed. But if you have one of two more people with you, feel free to bring some sleeping bags and mattress pads. There are four pillows available for use.
There's a small kitchen with some plates and silverware, dining table, a composite wood burning fireplace and patio for your use. You are however not allowed to BBQ or grill on the patio.
We have tiled kitchen, entryway and bathroom floors. A clean bathroom to shower in and we have four towels and wash cloths in case you forgot to bring yours. There is an iron and ironing board in the closet.
We will provide clean towels and bedding linen so please, once you have used them, place them in the left side of the closet. Also, if you have used any dishes, please load them in the dishwasher. The dish-washing powder is under the kitchen sink.
There's a TV, DVD player and cable.
Within the Inn At Silvercreek, you have a couple of amenities. Ample parking space out back so park next to Door C once you get your magnetic keys from the front desk. We'll let the front desk know that you are arriving. Go up Door C to the second floor and the studio is on your left.
There's a small workout room on the first floor with racket ball courts next to it. We have a pair of rackets and some balls in the closet. There's a indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub there too. Pool towels can be requested at the front desk.
Check-in times is after 3 pm and check-out times are 11 am.
Because we privately own this studio, the front desk will not offer you any services besides directions. Pool and hot tub hours are 9 am to 10 pm. Gym hours are 6 am to 10 pm. You will need your magnetic keys to access the amenities so don't forget them.
Wireless internet is available throughout the building. Closest ice machine is at Door D on the ground floor. Smoking is not allowed in the studio or patio. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

It was really dirty under the furniture with heavy dust and toaster didn't work. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Firstly, this is a beautiful location. Granby is a cute little town with beautiful views. The inn that this room is located within is definitely on the older side , but still pretty nice. The room itself is one room plus a bathroom with a Murphy bed that essentially runs into the kitchen when it’s down. For the price, it’s a nice setup. Definitely smells like smoke even though this is supposedly a non-smoking building. We just left the windows open 24/7 and the air purifier on to help with the smell. Vic is very responsive and will answer you promptly if you have any questions or problems. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a quick getaway.

There is no clear guidance on how to get to the main lobby and where the lobby is located, little to no comunication with the 'manager'...When we stepped into the building, cigarette smell and old unwashed carpet smell hit us.Got into our room, a more powerful cigarette smell hit us, like someone had just smoked a cigarette right next to us, accompanied with weed smell.Entering the room we saw the air purifier that had a sign on it: if it smells like cigarette please turn on the fan.On the table there was a note requesting us, the guests to call/text cleaning team a nignt before we leave and an envelope for tips , even though we payed cleaning fee.Manager requested for us to take the trash out when we leave.So we rented this room and payed the cleaning fee, to relax and have a good time, but we were bombarded by the chores we had to do.Take the trash outCall cleaning teamTip the cleaning team, even though we payed the cleaning fee.Bear with the cigarette/weed smell from the room.The room itself was good,livable, but the conditions were horrible and the management even worse I would look for a different place if you want to.have peace of mind and less cigarette smell

Weekend in the Mountains
Place was great, loved that they allowed our fur babies. Perfect location to many attractions and easy access to the grocery store. The resort itself has a ton of amenities. We only indulged in the hot tubs. The front desk is open 27/4 and able to help with guests even on a VRBO. I would deff book here again because the pro's offset the cons.
Down side: It really smelled like cigarettes in the unit despite it being a non smoking unit. I had to open doors to help vent the place we ran the air purifier 100% of the time. The shower head feels like darts (it's time for an update). Sink drains need to be cleaned as they are starting to back up in the kitchen and bathrooms with running water.

Cozy, good amenities, smelly and loud neighbors
We had a great stay. The host was quick to communicate, the room was cozy and met all our needs. The building was fun with hot tubs, pool, racquetball courts and places to work outside of the room. Internet was fast. Reason for 4 stars is the room smells like cigarette smoke because one of the neighbors must smoke nearby (against rules of building) and the air purifier in the room only partially helps. Also the tenants directly above this room are incredibly loud. It sounded like they were purposefully stomping around at random hours of the day. But overall it was a good stay. FYI the sofa bed is not comfortable, but the Murphy bed was decent. Could use a change of mattress cover since it’s ripped and doesn’t look very clean.

My partner and I were in town for a wedding and this studio fit all our needs in terms of location, price, and being pet friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the location to all the hiking during our weekend. Vic was easy to communicate with and we look forward to coming back soon.

Excellent price and close to the Rocky Mountains
Renting this property was made very easy with VRBO. I hopefully will rent at the Inn at Silvercreek again. Loved the stay. Grocery store across the street and a few places to eat. Vic the owner was very nice and helpful

Good stay for the price
Overall, this place was a pretty good deal - it was enough space for me, my husband, and our dog for two nights, and close enough to ski at Winter Park. The unit is close to the building exit - which was perfect for taking our dog out. But, I think the people staying above us that weekend must've been elephants - they woke us up every morning stomping around from 6-9am - I know there's nothing anyone can do about that, just be aware that if you're a light sleeper, the floors/ceilings are not well insulated. Also, some other reviews mentioned this - but the place does smell pretty bad of cigarette smoke. The murphy bed was fine, but some of the extra blankets were pretty well stained and unappealing - and the sofa bed is unusable. Overall, for a quick stay this was worth the money, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Vicnesh is very easy to work with. He is also available during your stay in case you need anything. The condo is cozy. Home away from home. There are a few trails and dirt roads adjacent to the property, good for dog walking. Although a lot of off leash dogs around. Front desk is staffed 24/7.

Inn at Silvercreek
Renting this property was super easy due to Vic, the owner. He responded promptly to all of our questions, and gave us precise directions for check-in, and how to arrive at his unit. It is a great location on the quiet side of Rocky Mountain National Park. However, we were expecting the Inn to be a more upscale facility than it is. The outdoor maintenance was lacking, and the apartments mostly filled with long-term residents.

Overall great place for a great price with one small problem
Overall we were very happy with the location and the accommodations. It was cozy and comfortable and clean. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star rating is that apparently a neighbor is a chain smoker and we smelled cigarette smoke for most of our stay, sometimes worse than others. It was especially horrible in the bathroom. I let Vic know and he said he would contact the building management as this is supposed to be a non-smoking building, but unfortunately it continued throughout our stay. I'm sorry to dock a star for something beyond the owners control, but it really was an offensive smell throughout the stay and did detract from the overall experience. Again, everything aside from this was wonderful and had it not been for the chain smoking neighbor it definitely would have been a 5 star.

Perfect Little Condo!
We had a great time staying here. The condo is very nice and fully stocked. The only complaint I have is neither outdoor hot tubs were working which was a BIG bummer. The indoor ones were working, but it was so hot and humid in there we couldn't even see each other.
