Great location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff and walking distance to practically all events!

Wonderful breakfast and location to the Old Market area and Charles Schwab Field were perfect!

The shower head was nice but kept sliding down and moving. Wish there was a way to secure it better.

Beautiful hotel. Staff is great.

The only thing I would say to work in is at the bar I ordered 2 different drinks. I asked for a fruity drink and what I got was a very lemon sour. I think they used a lot of grapefruit. Either way not what someone who likes fruity drinks wants

Misinformation from the valet to the clerk from the onset of our visit coupled to nowhere with a view disappointed the s

The “room with a view” was of a brick wall with a mural of the falcon described in the founding of the hotel & pigeon carcasses littering the ground.

We are traveling home to visit family and the whole family thought this was the best hotel. So beautiful and well design

This hotel is stunning beautiful and comfortable. The room design is so functional, yet still stylish. Love the location. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Superb

The room accommodations were very nice, clean, and quiet. our group enjoyed the roof terrace for evening cocktails and close 15 minute walk to the Old Market area. Breakfast food and staff were great and attentive.

I have had significantly better experiences at much cheaper hotels. Wasted money

Staff was unprofessional and the room was much smaller than the photos made it look. Staff walked in on my wife and I despite asking for late check out.

The room itself was fine. The front desk clerk Alice was trying her best to help

Room wasn't ready well after normal check in time. When it was we were given the key to an already occupied room which scared the woman inside. When we finally got our room we were told that the televisions would not be working until tomorrow. We also found out that we were not the only ones that had to wait to check in. Unacceptable.

I was not pleased.

Other than the size of the room, I wouldn't say the stay was good.

There was no hot water for a shower. There was no bar soap in my room and no other soap. Just shampoo and conditioner. These are basics that I expect from a hotel when I pay $300 a night. My stay was not comfortable.

Poor, we have previously stayed here a couple times, this time we noticed a clear difference

Cold water in showers multiple days, broken shower head, no bath soap only shampoo. Call to report issue, staff kept saying he was trying to help, but offered no solutions.

This downtown hotel is more upscale than those near the airport, but parking was tricky.

We stayed here one night after flying to Omaha during our trip to Sioux City. This hotel is a more upscale option than hotels closer to the airport. Breakfast was very good. The room was large and clean.

The room and bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. I figured out the next morning that the bathroom window had been left open behind a closed shade. The staff should have checked all windows when cleaning the room. The parking garage was around the corner and required a badge to enter: this was a nuisance late at night.

It was clean, great bathroom, and fantastic staff.

No ice machine or any packaged ice available, parking was super annoying and inconvenient. it’s also not as close to the old market as it seemed on the map.
