Mooi plekje op het eiland

Een heerlijk bed en mooie ingerichte, schone kamer (en hotel). Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Gehorig, deur trilt wanneer airco aanstaat waardoor we in de nacht moesten kiezen voor een fijne temperatuur óf slapen in alle stilte. Balen. Enkel sfeerlicht in de kamer, make up is een uitdaging.

Het ontbijt was goed. De bedden waren goed. De kamer was mooi. De locatie is zeer goed, mooie baai.

Voor fans van het overnachten in een kamer met een vreselijke penetrante rioolgeur, this is the place! Het personeel lacht je gewoon uit als je dit komt melden: ze zeggen dat ze er iets aan gaan doen, maar doen helemaal niets. Er is in het hotel niet 1 minuut rust: muziek van 's morgens tot 's nachts, en feestvolk op de parking de hele nacht door die roepen, claxonneren en zich niets aantrekken van andere hotelgasten die niet komen om te feesten. Dit hotel had aan de andere kant van Ibiza moeten liggen, niet in het rustige Cala Llonga (dat zeker niet meer rustig kan genoemd worden daar de muziek van dit hotel in de hele baai te horen is). De parking is peperduur, net als een drankje aan het zwembad, waar bepaalde zetels zijn gereserveerd voor niet-hotelgasten trouwens. Het gratis water en de gratis koffie in de minibar worden niet aangevuld, op is op blijkbaar. En het hotel is zeer slecht gerenoveerd: de schuiframen sluiten zelfs niet volledig, dus er is geen ontsnappen aan de ergerlijke beats, zelfs een rustige nachtrust is de hotelgasten in dit hotel niet gegund. NOOIT MEER!!

Nice hotel, great location!

Food is amazing, staff were friendly and the renovated parts of the hotel are great!

There are definitely parts of the hotel which feel/look tired, rooms are small and minimum spend on comfortable beds at the pool area is outrageous and doesnt seem fair at all!

Goed gelegen hotel maar kamers zijn zeer klein

Zeer goed gelegen hotel aan het strand. Ontbijt was redelijk goed. Vriendelijk personeel.

De badkamers zijn heel klein en er wordt niet dagelijks (gratis) water voorzien in de kamers. Het Mexicaan restaurant was prijzig en niet heel lekker.

Beautiful location, pleasant staff, but the building needs attention.

The location is very pretty and pleasant. The bed and pillows were really nice and comfy, which was a big plus. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient; we found our bathroom sink was blocked upon arrival but it got sorted out the same day. The hotel also shares a gym with the Mondrian, and it is well equipped, with really high standard machines.

I felt immediately under pressure to give our car to the valet service for 20€ a day, when in fact there was quite enough parking just down the road. Then on check-in we were told they had a 'special offer' on breakfast if we took it right now for each morning, for the small sum of 25€ per person per day! Otherwise it was 40€. Yes, for breakfast. Overall we thought prices were too high. Be careful also, apart from the single sun beds, all the others, the somewhat more upmarket ones, have to be booked and come at a cost; I fear this is not openly explained upon arrival and some customers could get a nasty surprise. Cleanliness could be better: there are scuff marks everywhere on the corridor wall and doors, which really does not make for a good impression. The cleaning crew did not do a thorough job either in the communal areas or our bedroom. Maybe there are not enough staff to do the job properly, since this hotel is part of a huge complex, with lots of rooms, which all need cleaning. The building seems in need of a good bit of TLC. There were only 2 lifts to our part of the building, one of which did not work for the whole week; so understandably the cleaning crew needed access to that one lift at all times ... leaving customers to go up and down 6 floors on foot. The A/C was also quite noisy and - more importantly- not effective at all. Our nights were way too warm.

Très bon séjour et personnel charmant mais vraiment dommage les sunbed payants.

Notre suite était très spacieuse avec une vue splendide et des lits très confortables. Le buffet du petit dej top. La taille des piscines la proximité de la plage.

20 euros par jour pour la voiture ! Tous les sunbed autour de la piscine enfant nécessitent un minimum spent. Quand on a déjà payé une suite assez chère on aimerait avoir une place garantie à la pis in et pouvoir surveiller nos enfants qui ne savent pas nager. La piscine n ouvre qu à 10h c est un peu tard justement quand on a de jeunes enfants.

Muy buena

Personal muy agradable . Nos solucionaron cualquier duda que teníamos rápidamente. Gimnasio que cumplió totalmente nuestras expectativas .

No me ha gustado que siendo un **** el parquing se pague también . He estado en Hoteles donde estaba incluido o te facilitaban cualquier otro aparcamiento .

Heerlijk hotel voor je verblijf in Ibiza.

Mooi ingericht. Fijn personeel. Lekkere zwembaden en goed eten en drinken.

Alles is redelijk prijzig. Maar voor Ibiza begrippen ok. De temperatuur van de douche veranderde steeds.

Le manque d’une garde robe dans une chambre supérieure lorsque vous restez plus d’une semaine, impossible de vider sa valise.

Great staff and nice hotel but with a lot of work to be done.

The staff were incredible and really made an effort with the children. The food was great quality (breakfast and the bungalow lunch menu), slightly expensive but so are most restaurants in Cala llonga. Location is fantastic along with the hotels access to the beach. The kids club was great and Lucia who works there, was amazing with our children.

There is a constant smell of sewerage that seems to be blowing through the aircon - the hotel try to solve with air freshener etc but that only lasts so long. The hotel may want to consider what it wants to be, although they offer facilities for children and accommodate them well, a lot of the guests don’t seem to want children there.

Good for couples who like a quieter day to day stay but want to be close enough to the action in the evening of the old

I liked the quieter location and the beach was not crowded but busy enough to have an atmosphere and the town had everything you needed and still only a short cab ride away from Ibiza town / nightlife.

The standard rooms are small for the price.

Stay at Cala Llonga

We liked the location - close to a pleasant beach, swimming pool area and breakfast.

Our room was facing the parking lot and it was incredibly loud, with people constantly talking and garbage trucks/cars coming in/out, we couldn’t get a good sleep.

Geweldig!

Het is een heel mooi ingericht hotel met prachtig uitzicht. De bedden, douche ( met heerlijke verzorgingsproducten) en handdoeken zijn top. Het ontbijt is super uitgebreid en erg lekker. De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het hotel biedt mogelijkheid van valet-parking. Ook is het mogelijk om yogales te volgen van een deskundige lerares. Al met al een aanrader dus!

Probably the best hotel and location/resort we have ever stayed at!

As it is a brand new hotel it was spotlessly clean and top quality furnishings and decor. Pools and the beds were amazing too. Best part has to be the superb restaurant, where we had breakfast with the most amazing views! Every member of staff were the most friendly we have ever met!

There is nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel. Only thing was that because it had only been open 4 days prior to our arrival, the telly in the room didn’t work and there were no cups to use with the coffee machine in the room. However neither of these made any difference to our stay at the hotel. It is brilliant!

Pleasant

The view, location and pool. Beds were very confortable.

The room was small, and the floor wasn't clean. In terms of food, very blend and it was always the same dishes. I asked for a mojito, and it was just ice and some kind of licour, that did not even taste like a mojito. No mint, nothing. Felt like everything was done with the less effort possible and the cheapest way.

A lovely hotel on the beach that is unfortunately closing for at least a year for refurbishment..

We really love the Cala Llonga Resort Hotel, unfortunately it is now closing for refurbishment that could take upto 24 months! The staff (who are brilliant) now have to find alternative employment for what could be 2 years, it's a shame all round. Okay you could say the hotel is due a refurb but with two independent 'sides' they could have done one a t a time?
