Pleasant

Nice room with fan Renote check in but always very quick answers to texts

Swimming pool was empty Was not very clean, including towels with stains Very flat pillows

Good value-

The location is about 15-20 minutes from the city center. The host from the beginning was super communicative and very helpful.

The towels were very old and overused. I did mentioned it to the host and she was super responsive, told us she would consider getting new towels.

Location

The house is not taking care. The door lock was broke of the bedroom the bathroom tab not clean. The swimmingpool not taking care green. All gardennnot taking care . Stains on bed and Windows don't close to hot in the roof top bedroom

Good for the price .

The accomodation is fabulous massive house very clean .

It needs a bit care I saw some fungi on the room wall and the door handle was not fixed at the door .but for the cheapest price the accomodation is ok

Disappointed !

The communication with the owner pre checkin

I was very disappointed with this property. The bed sheets were dirty, the kitchen,the room, the common spaces were all unclean. I was very disappointed when I arrived that I couldn’t stay there. My flight arrived late at night, Midnight to be more precisely, and all I wanted was to get some rest. I arrived at the property and was not at all satisfied. In the middle of the night I had to go and look for another decent place to stay. I paid for this property but I did not stay there due to the reasons I have mentioned above. However, I should say that communication with the property owner went smoothly before my check-in. It was a Self-Checkin so I never met the owner. The next morning I contacted the owner to inform that I was not satisfied and I couldn’t stay there. She answered that the room was cleaned the day of my arrival and that the common places are not clean because the other guests didn’t clean after themselves. This was not the answer I expected, but I just left it as it was. Conclusion, I do not recommend the property.

Hot and miserable

Very good location and facilities were clean

The very warm weather of Lisbon was met at a house that didn’t offer any sort of fan or ac and upon request one that was not working was giving, after the complaint we received a laughing emoji and no more accommodations were made, the 40c degree weather together with the non ventilation system whatsoever in the room made it so unbearable and terrible that we had to leave a day earlier, because it ruined out whole Lisbon experience !

Passable

The flat is really nice. Unfortunately there is a lot of small details that did not work, should be improved or were missing at all. Kitchen, bathrooms and other common areas should be cleaned properly. Kitchen equipment is dirty, we had to wash everything before use. Kitchen towels were missing at all. Bathrooms are very wet and because of small windows could not be ventilated properly. Toilet paper was missing too. It was very strange that the host has asked us via WhatsApp to pay a city tax to a post box. We declined to do so without any receipt and with the fact that this was not mentioned anywhere before.
