Ideally located, this cozy A frame is across the street from the Falls Beach at Bass Lake, walking distance to the Willow Creek-Devil's Slide trail head, and only 17 miles to Yosemite National Park south entrance. Acorn Falls is sure to delight all who enter! The cabin is a perfect choice for families, girlfriend/guyfriend getaways, couples, or solo travelers looking for a bit of quiet solitude. Acorn Falls is comfortable, fully stocked with thoughtful amenities and luxurious finishes. The home has an amazing and unique wrap around deck for lots of outdoor living. A perfect venue for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, elopements, etc. please contact me prior to booking. Need help planning or desire concierge service? The cabin had everything we needed. Beautiful updated kitchen and bathroom. Wonderful, large deck with large picnic table was perfect for having lunch and enjoying the outdoors. Just a short walk down the hill to the lake. Quiet street.

Property is quality, clean, and very well appointed. Cozy is a good word for bedrooms, as they are small by all modern standard… but comfortable.

Lovely setting, updated cabin. Very homey and welcoming. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. A quick walk to Bass Lake. We really enjoyed our time at the Acorn Falls cabin.

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Kim was an awesome host! Evetime we had a questions she replied immediately. As for the home, no complaints at all. We loved setting in the living room and looking out of the large windows. My family and I will defiantly be back.

It was a gorgeous home with a lot to offer. Will definitely stay again. Communication was great with the owner-- she went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of, even shared some good suggestions for restaurants and activities. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great time staying in Bass Lake. House was located close to the lake and had all the amenities we needed.

We had the most wonderful time! Kim is a very welcoming host, who responded to our emails immediately. Her home is beautifully decorated, in a spectacular setting at Bass Lake and near Yosemite. Her fireplace kept us cozy and in the holiday spirit and we will look forward to enjoying the wrap around decks on a warmer visit that we are already planning! The house has been meticulously renovated and is so warm and inspiring and to get to have the chance to spend a vacation in with family, well we loved every minute! Thank you, Kim, for such a memorable vacation!

We had an amazing time at this cabin. It was a perfect space for 3 and easily could accommodate a larger family or grandparents. Sitting around the fire with the beautiful view from the windows in the A-Frame was such a great experience. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bathrooms were very nice with great showers. We got lucky to have a fair bit of snow and playing on the property and the short walk to the lake made for a great time.

Perfect Family Cabin
We had an amazing time at this cabin. It was a perfect space for 3 and easily could accommodate a larger family or grandparents. Sitting around the fire with the beautiful view from the windows in the A-Frame was such a great experience. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bathrooms were very nice with great showers. We got lucky to have a fair bit of snow and playing on the property and the short walk to the lake made for a great time.

We loved our trip to Bass Lake and the stay in Kim's Cozy A Frame. The place has a wonderful feel to it-the rooms are updated and clean, stylish and cozy. The location is stunning, very close to the lake and to hiking trails, a delightful walk into town and tucked away from the major hustle and bustle of the area. The walk around porch is HUGE and would be spectacular in the summer. We will come again!

We loved our trip to Bass Lake and the stay in Kim's Cozy A Frame. The place has a wonderful feel to it-the rooms are updated and clean, stylish and cozy. The location is stunning, very close to the lake and to hiking trails, a delightful walk into town and tucked away from the major hustle and bustle of the area. The walk around porch is HUGE and would be spectacular in the summer. We will come again!

We found Acorn Falls last minute due to our reservation in Sequoia being canceled because of the KNP Fire. Acorn Falls was perfect for our family of six and we didn’t even use the de attached bedroom (which is beautiful by the way). The deck is huge and we loved stargazing on it. The house is a reasonable drive to Mariposa Grove in Yosemite- we were happy about that. The owners of Acorn Falls have done a terrific job updating their A Frame. We really enjoyed adventuring during the day and coming home to board games, warm water, and movies at night.

We found Acorn Falls last minute due to our reservation in Sequoia being canceled because of the KNP Fire. Great Autumn Getaway
Communication from the host was great both before and during our stay. Location is private yet convenient, tucked away up a short hill from the beach. Good for walks, bikes, and hikes nearby. Layout is functional for families or groups. Design/furnishings are very nice and comfortable. Note that the 4th bedroom and 2nd bathroom are at the garage level and not internally connected to the main living area (separate entrance), but it worked out well as a grandparent retreat space for our multi-generation family vacation.We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home.

Amazing Bass Lake experience at Acorn Falls!
We absolutely loved our time at Acorn Falls!! The house is beautifully redone and updated and was perfect for our little family. A stone’s throw from the lake and short drive to The Pines Village area was all we needed during our week long stay. Kim made everything relating to the house very easy and communication was great. Hope to be back in the future!!

4th of July weekend
Beautiful home in a wonderful location. We loved eating and hanging out on the huge wrap around deck. Communication with the owner was flawless. We hope to be back soon to experience a non holiday weekend!

Cutest cabin ever
This newly renovated cabin was wonderful to stay in. The deck is huge, beds are very comfortable, & the location is great. The owner immediately responded to any questions we had, she was great to work with. Can’t wait to go back!
