Le personnel était très sympathique surtout Louis qui m’avait accueilli très chaleureusement!

il y’avait des petits bruits parasites dans le dortoir je ne sait pas d’où sa venait mais cela m’a pas beaucoup déranger puisque je dors avec les écouteurs

Déco sympa, confortable et bien placé.

Rapport qualité prix, c’est très bien, l’équipe est jeune, sympa et disponible. La déco est branchée et c’est idéalement placé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et c’est appréciable.

Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner, 23€, trop cher pour un hôtel comme ça.

Mitigé.

La proximité, l’endroit, la qualité de la literie. Nous avons adoré Deauville.

Néanmoins plusieurs points négatifs : La propreté : dans la salle de bain il y avait des coton tiges en dessous de la poubelle sûrement aux anciens voyageur.. tout en sachant que nous sommes resté 2 nuits et qu’il y a eu un passage d’une femme de ménage entre deux et dans le lit plusieurs cheveux et petites particules noir. Le robinet de l’évier été défectueux, il ne se bloqué pas il fallait toujours le tenir pour faire couler l’eau (difficile pour se laver les mains).. Durant la soirée, je suis allée demandé à l’accueil si c’était possible d’avoir des sauces pour accompagné notre repas, je proposes même de payer. Je vois que la personne à qui je demande part se renseigner à sa collègue puis revient vers moi me disant que ce n’est pas possible vous en avez pas… Le lendemain matin nous nous dirigeons vers le réfectoire, les sauces étaient posé juste devant nous.. décevant. A mon arrivé, votre interlocuteur m’explique qu’il me gèle une caution de 100€ pour la chambre et pour les boissons dans la chambre. Il m’explique que si nous consommons et qu’il manque des boissons ça sera déduit de la caution. Nous rentrons dans la chambre est nous constatons aucun frigo.. aucune boisson même pas une bouteille d’eau. En ce qui concerne le rapport qualité prix, nous sommes déçu quand même.

clean, functional, great location, wonderful bed matress

Although I specifically booked a room with bunk beds and a king size bed, a receptionist provided me with a different room. When I asked her to change it, she did it quite reluctantly saying this change was complimentary. There was no kettle in the kitchen, no mug cups in guests’ rooms. Need to bring your own if you want to drink cups of coffee or tea in your rooms.

What a nice surprise ! Beautifully decorated , comfortable spacious and spotless clean room. Hip shared places. Great location in the heart of Deauville. Friendly staff :-)
