Rien à redire, merci !

Nous venions sur Brest pour assister à un concert à l'ARENA. A pied, nous en avons eu pour 10-15 minutes. Le logement est tout équipé nous n'avions qu'à nous installer et profiter. Un grand merci.

Si vraiment nous devions noter un point négatif, ce serait peut-être de devoir traverser la chambre pour accéder aux sanitaires. Nous étions deux couples, nous, et mes parents, mais pour une nuit, ça n'a pas été un vrai problème.

Mal insonnorisé, trés bruyant ! à éviter fortement sauf si 4 H de sommeil vous suffise !!

La localisation et la facilité de stationnement. La douche Le confort du lit

Le bruit dû au manque d'insonorisation, qui aurait dû être à privilégier, vu l'emplacement du studio côté rue très fréquenté. Impossible de dormir plus de 4h par nuit !! Aucune chaise seulement 2 tabourets inconfortables Pas de canapé-lit ou clic-clac , seulement une banquette lit inappropriée qui n'apporte aucun confort si elle doit être utilisée pour s'assoir pour regarder la télé grand écran(impossible de s'assoir car pas de dossier hormis le mur !!). La grande télé du salon devient donc inutile ! tant qu' a être couché pour regarder la télé autant aller dans la chambre directement ou il y a aussi une petite télé ! Les portes intérieures ne ferment pas ou mal et grinces !!

Des petites attentions très agréables

La salle de bai/toilettes est dans la chambre. Pour la personne qi dors dans le canapé du salon cela peut poser problème pendant la nuit.

Good

Wifi was great and bathroom was clean. The apartment was nice but I would recommend it only for couple not for friends or colleagues due to the rooms distribution.

Surprisingly, pillows in the bed didn't seem clean or washed properly. If you book it for friends or colleagues, then one of you have to sleep in the kitchen and the entrance to bathroom is only via the bedroom - thus lack of privacy.

Good and comfortable stay, helpful hosts.

Good and comfortable stay. Apartments well equipped with all necessary thigs. Thanks to owners. Comfortable beds, good rest. Generally clean. No problem with packing, just a side in back of house on the street, for free.

Good evaluation and comfort is spoiled by high street noise. Noisy location. The early morning action on the street wakes you up. Loud noise, even with closed windows.

The apartment lives up to its name - Cosy and Comfortable. A great little find!

The location is a twenty minute walk from the centre of Brest - public transport access is easy as it is on a bus route. Great patisserie opposite the apartment - Saturday morning local market round the corner, ideal for fresh veggies. The owners forwarded some of the useful information to us prior to departure, proved very helpful, especially for things like identifying parking.

The drains in the bathroom(Shower and Sink) - stale odours. As there has been a change in some of the facilities that are locally open the useful Welcome booklet might need some updating.

A wonderful base apartment from which to explore the region.

The hosts were very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

All of the lights were quite bright, I know it isnt much, but some less bright bulbs in the bedside lights would be cool.

Disappointing

the staff has been very helpful in giving suggestion and directions

given covid I would have expexted better cleaning - table cover with lots of spots- boiler and coffee machine with water on it obviously used by former guests. Bedsheets not ironed (probably washed but clearly over used) and only one medium size towel given to each guest. one towel was still wet- probably washed but not enough dried. in addition we were 3 and only 2 coffee cups were given. the area has very few services active --- probably because august
