About this house rental

Escape to the cool pines of Prescott to our beautifully remodeled 3 bdrm, 3 ½ bath, Air Conditioned home. Situated just 3 miles from downtown, this house is perfect for families and friends. It has 3 levels of living space, 2 separate family rooms & plenty to do. Enjoy swimming, hiking, tennis, & new gated kid's park. Privacy is not an issue with 3 decks, each bedroom has its own access to its own deck where you can sit amongst the trees to relax, read a book, or watch the wildlife below that may follow the seasonal stream flowing through the back yard.. The outdoor pool closes Sept 26 and re-opens May 31. Indoor pool is open all year unless having maintenance performed.
Policy on early access or late checkout. We need the time between guests to prepare the home for our next visitor. On some occasions we can expedite the cleaning process but we charge $20 per hr to accommodate this. Examples: If you need access 2 hrs early it would be $40.

We needed a place to stay for our Family Reunion visit. This place was perfect for families with children. The play ground was literally right next door. The outdoor pool was right next to it and so was the indoor pool. A bonus was having deer walk thru the property multiple times!

The home was spacious and beautiful. I loved the three tiered decks overlooking a little stream. The kids had fun exploring the property … and I was happy to be able to watch them from the decks while they thought there were mountain climbing. Property has 4 bathrooms which was great with a big group. Would definitely book again!

We were so amazed with the house itself and the beautiful surroundings! Felt like we were right at home! And woke up to a beautiful snow view! Would definitely stay again!

Nice decor. Stair railing inside and out a bit lose. Wet spots under 2nd level sink. First 2nd level sink stopped-up, but would drain. Listing wording reads that story levels raise rather than descend.. Needed more food baggies and paper towels Comfortable beds. Great Showers. Stairs down from 2nd level are a bit unsafe.

This VRBO was decorated so cute!! The owners are friendly and personable. The location was close to downtown and yet let you feel like you were away from it all. Our only reservation was the lack of cleanliness and workmanship of the actual house. The deck didn't seem safe, there were several screws sticking up that we had to navigate. Some of the outlets/lights didn't work, and one of the toilets wasn't bolted to the ground and a plumber had to come fix it, It was a mix of A Farmhouse and a fixer upper. I will say that this was our first ever VRBO, so this may be par for the course. Despite these things, we had a wonderful stay overall.

Clean 3 BR 3.5 BA open living area perfect for our group. The location was beautiful and under 10 minutes to town square. Beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms gave each couple their own bathroom. We loved the balconies off all the rooms too!

Host was very friendly and responded quickly! Place is 8 min drive to whiskey row. Great layout for group with two living rooms. Photos don’t do the place justice. Had a wonderful time!

The property worked well for our stay. We needed 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. This property fit the bill. Close to the outdoor pool which was a big plus. The decks worked well for us too.

Nice place. Pool close for kids. Couple small issues. Top floor is a little warm while other floors are very cold. Noticed as soon as I walked in and checked out the place. Before anyone else arrived. No place to store food but on counter top.

This home was perfect for our family! Plenty of space, clean, cute decor and fully stocked with everything we needed…from kitchen supplies (including a wide variety of spices) and recreational activities from movies and games to pool toys and tennis equipment. The location was awesome, being right next to the pools, tennis courts and playground. So much great deck space. Friendly neighbors too. Our home away from home! We hope to return!

We felt very welcome - home away from home. Comfortable, up to date furniture, beds, pillows, etc. Everything was very clean. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking in. All in all, a great spot that we would definitely stay at again in the future.

A very nice well-kept home with all the amenities and all the bells and whistle’s. I enjoyed bowls indoor and outdoor swimming as well as Pickleball. The only thing that would have made the stage better is a dedicated pickleball Courts instead of playing pickle ball off a tennis net. Overall an outstanding place to stay with the great neighborhood

Great spot! Wonderful house that was very clean and spacious. Situated in a very nice neighborhood close to downtown which has plenty of restaurants and things to do. It was a wonderful getaway in the mountains for a few days. Owner was very easy to work with and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Weekend fun!

Weekend fun!

We were in town for the Whiskey Row Marathon, the location of the property was perfect! The race route went right by the main road and we were only 3 miles from downtown. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, didn’t get an opportunity to use the community amenities but they looked nice. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. All in all a great stay in a great town!

The vacation house was well equipped for our stay of one month. The owner was quickly responsive to our requests. We loved sitting on the back deck. And the swimming pool was an added bonus.

The house was perfect for our four generations of family members. We loved that the neighborhood amenities were right next door (playground, pools, and pickle ball court). The neighborhood is lovely and the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

The pics for this property suggested it would accommodate a group. We had a group of 7 but couldn't eat or sit anywhere together (there is not a sectional there). The decor is cute, but the plumbing facilities are dated and the kitchen is just not very functional. It was ok, but we expected better for the pics and price.

Perfect for larger groups or multiple families. Nice amenities. Close enough to town that you can grab a bite if you want to. Far enough that you generally prefer to eat in and enjoy the property and scenery.

This house was really nice and in a great location. Easy to get to and plenty of room for everyone. Only issue was the staircase going down to the lowest level. Not good for anyone who has a little difficulty with mobility. Really nice view of the stars at night.

This house is exactly as the pictures show. Great space with everything we needed. Beautiful views and right next to the park and pool. Dale was very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.
