Just steps to our private beach, 1 mile to bars & restaurants w/ free shuttle to beaches, bars, restaurants! Amazing beds, comfy huge couch, flat screen smart TV's in every bedroom with Xfinity & free fast Wifi. Private over sized lot & lanai w/ new furniture, outdoor quiet oasis w/ hammock, 2 dining tables, chairs & gas grill. 2 bikes, beach chairs, towels, and toys. 1 mile to Manasota Key public beach. Yay! BEACH RENOURISHMENT is complete adding hundreds of feet of beautiful sand to our private beach! Pictures on our site are updated and Satellite pictures of the beach are not accurate. Home is fully stocked with all you need for the ultimate beach vacation. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. Bikes, rafts, beach umbrella, beach toys & games, board games and other beach equipment included! Outdoor shower located on the side of the house to wash the sand away. The house and outdoor space has been fully updated for guests to enjoy. The yard has been completely rejuvenated, say goodbye to the high grasses and welcome the extra backyard space with plenty of open room to rest in the hammock or relax in the shade of the palm trees and read a book. Our home offers something for all ages. Family games, dart board, flat screen smart TV's in living room and bedrooms, take one, leave one free book library, etc. Free golf cart shuttle to and from restaurants, bars, and public beaches. We pride ourselves on providing guests with a great vacation experience in a clean and family friendly home just steps away from our private beach. Additional parking available on the side of the house for an RV or boat! Guests have full access to the house, property, and the private beach which is only shared with 6 other homes. Manasota Key is a quiet island south of Venice, FL. If you're looking for something that's different from the overbuilt, crowded, traffic-jammed beaches of Siesta Key, then look no further! The public beaches on Manasota Key include Manasota Beach, Blind Pass Beach Park, Englewood Beach, and Stump Pass Beach State Park with shark teeth galore. More sea turtles nest in Manasota Key than anywhere else on the Gulf Coast, particularly the threatened Loggerhead sea turtle. Keep your eyes peeled and you may witness – from a distance – a miracle! The house and outdoor space has been fully updated for guests to enjoy. We have a minimum age requirement of 23 years old to book our home. If you are traveling with your pet please dispose of all pet waste in the garbage can outside of the garage. Pet waste bags available upon request and scooper is available outside to pick up pet waste.

Great vacation!

My son and his family came down to visit & we spent a week at the beach. The house description was very accurate, the open floor plan is open, which is great for a larger group. It was nice that there were chairs & toys already there, we didn’t have to bring everything. The beach is a short walk from the house & we had great weather. The kids loved all the great seashells that they were able to find.

Dominic and Jenny have a beautiful, clean and well organized home. Communication was easy and efficient. We loved the superb location on a peaceful private beach. Their home included everything we needed whether we were enjoy the day at the beach or the comfortable house. The ping pong table was a great bonus for the kids! We would definitely book again.

We always rent a large beach house for my husband's birthday. This house has been the best so far regarding lay out of the home and the amenities! Even though we live in town, it was still nice to have almost all that you would need at your fingertips!! The house is located just 3 houses from the beach and it is a beautiful short walk. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside seating in the sunroom and the family LOVED the comfy couch!! We will be back!

Perfect little beach getaway! The house was perfect for our group and presented exactly as pictured. Super clean and very well stocked. Jenny, the homeowner, was awesome and checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed over our 11 day stay. we will Definitely be coming back.

Everything was as described. There was a hiccup that just decided to happen during our stay and they bent over backwards to get it resolved. The kids with us had a great time in the waters. They got to see their first sea turtle laying eggs on the beach. Would definitely stay again next time I'm planning on being down that way.

We enjoyed the stay. The house is very spacious and included many fun board games. The beach right by the house was beautiful. The garage had plentiful amounts of activities, floaties and beach equipment, it even have an extra refrigerator. The bathrooms were great; equipped with small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, more than enough towels and even mini face towels. The patio looked so pretty. The little shower area was very useful after a long day at the beach. Overall a 10/10 experience.

We (all 7 of us) loved this beach house. Not only was it beautifully decorated inside and out, it was very clean. The spacious kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The owners thought of everything. We enjoyed the beach umbrella, chairs, beach toys, fishing rods, coolers, and too many other extras to mention. The owners made sure we were taken care of. The house was very spacious. We would HIGHLY recommend thIs beautiful house.
