CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

Beautiful property! We loved the enclosed balcony. The owner also thoughtfully provided beach chairs to sit out on the private beach. Reserved parking was a bonus.

This condo is beautiful! The only issue we had was parking. They only allowed two vehicles so if you have more than that don’t book this condo. Crazy to me you can have a condo that fits 10 people and only allow 2 cars. They told us there was plenty of paid parking but we couldn’t find anything close by that allowed over night. So, if you only have 2 vehicles then book this place but if you will have more or any visitors than don’t! They don’t even have any visitors spots! Other than that the location was awesome and the beach was perfect! Condo inside is clean and the place was beautiful!

We took a girls’ trip and were disappointed with showing up and they were still trying to clean blood and yellow stains out of a mattress and the cleaning company stated it was old and they unfortunately couldn’t fix it. The property company was very difficult to get a hold of and we had to sleep on the couch because of the lack of a bed. Otherwise- the rest of the condo was beautiful and clean despite some old spots and wear and tear on the couch/furniture.

Views were beautiful and loved the large seating area on the balcony. Condo had plenty of room for our large family and definitely helps having 3 bathrooms. The amenities were great with awesome access to the beach. All the appliances were definitely way outdated and had trouble the first couple of nights getting it to make ice but eventually it did. Overall was a great stay

This is my second trip to this condo with groups of friends. It’s literal perfection. Consistent every time, extremely clean, nothing is broken or in disrepair. The outdoor space is phenomenal, actual comfy seating for everyone. The inside couch you could literally melt into it’s so comfortable. Every single bed is VERY comfortable, no cheap mattresses that leave you aching by the end of vacation. I will stay here over and over again because the place is just that great. Grab your girlies and head to this slice of paradise!

It was a beautiful, clean condo overlooking the ocean. Everything was pristine and we had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was easy. We had a couple of very minor msintenace issues that were taken care of immediately. The queen beds in one bedroom werent as comfortable as the others. We would definitely stay here again.

Our apartment was even better than the pictures show cased. The fridge wasn’t working properly when we first got there but was fine by morning. This place was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay there again! I would also like to mention that parking was perfect. I read a lot of reviews for other condos that had negative things to say about the parking but this was perfect. Each room had there own specific parking spots and there was security that checked on it. Interaction with the owners/rental service was also very smooth. Would highly recommend.

This condo is spacious and beautiful! The windows overlooking the gulf are incredible. The beds are comfortable and the condo is well-stocked. Of course, the beach is only a few steps away. This condo was wonderful for our group!

Had my daughters Bachlorette trip here. The unit was exactly as pictured! Clean and great beach access. Beds were comfortable. Had 3 bathrooms - perfect for all the females. Would definitely book again!

We loved our stay! Plenty of room and clean property! The front closet with all the beach stuff was super helpful and was nice to be able to use since we flew and couldn’t bring a ton of stuff with us. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!!

Everything was nice except for the small amount of towels that are provided for the bathrooms and kitchen. People don’t want to spend their vacation washing towels every 2-3 days. Provide more towels to your guests who are paying a lot of money to rent the unit.

The condo was fantastic! Plenty of room, great layout and the balcony was the best! The only problem we had was noise from the room next door late into the night. I did send a text with a complaint and received a timely response that security would be sent. Not sure how that was handled from that point but did not have an issue with noise following that. We will definitely stay at this unit again… just not at spring break time.

We were very happy will our rental except the elevators - one out three working at check in and took over 45 minutes to get an elevator to take our stuff in for check in. Elevators weren’t fixed for a day because it was the weekend.

Great experience. This condo was super clean, had basic necessities included. Location was perfect and it was really helpful that there were utensils/bowls and plates for our toddler. The beach gear included in the rental was also great and handy. No complaints.

Perfect for our girls trip! Everything was fantastic! Outdoor area was very useable and we very much enjoyed the view. Location was perfect for our needs and we will rebook next time we are heading to Orange Beach!
