très séjour, personnel accueillant, à votre écoute, appart très fonctionnel, moderne, et tranquille

le spa.. très peu de monde admis en meme temps à la piscine.. c'était relaxant piscine, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna..

la piscine manquait de profondeur

Absolutely perfect and a real treat to stay here!

The appartment was amazing. So comfortable (Especially the Queen size bed) and everything we needed for our stay. I loved the spa (especially having the jacuzzi to myself with the booking system) and all staff were so friendly and accommodating!

There was nothing which could have been done to make it any better! This is a first class hotel and now this chain will always be my first choice!

Very good value

Very comfortable room and well equipped little kitchen. Pool and sauna were a bonus especially on a rainy day.

Out of the town but we knew that on booking.

Personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Espace SPA top ! 👍

Il manque juste un ou deux porte-manteau dans la salle de bain pour y poser ses vêtements. 😉

1. When I booked 2 rooms by mistake I couldn’t get a refund. 2. We had to leave early because my wife had a medical emergency. No consideration was given for having to leave two days early. 3. I don’t know if it’s your hotel or the booking agent but it is hard to make any changes. The hotel in Nantes allowed me to cancel one of two nights. Sorry but I will not be booking or recommending your hotel in the future. Roger Ignon.

Séjour agréable et confortable

L’espace détente avec la piscine couverte et chauffée. L’établissement et les appartements sont très propres et spacieux.

L’emplacement n’est pas idéal au sein d’une zac mais la proximité avec les commerces est appréciable.

Nous avons apprécié dans cet appartement avec une chambre : l'espace des pièces, l'agencement, la propreté, l'équipement, la décoration. Très bonne literie, logement très bien insonorisé. Nous avons aussi été accueillis par un personnel très agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement !

La qualité de la chambre, le confort des lits,la propreté et très bon petit déjeuner. La salle de réception est agréable, jeux de société et billard en accès libre

Hormis la chambre qui était agréable, le reste ne vaut pas le coup du tout: espace « détente », localisation, room servi

J’ai aime la chambre, le lit était très confortable et la salle de bains était bien.

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait que nous devions réserver un créneau horaire pour pouvoir bénéficier de l’espace détente et que dans ce créneau horaire d’une heure gratuite seulement, il fallait à l’avance choisir quand nous pouvions aller dans le jacuzzi. Je n’ai pas aimé le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de sèche cheveux/ de produits de douche au moment de sortir de l’espace « « détente » » + même pas un sachet de thé ou de café dispo dans l’appartement pour accueillir + surtout le fait d’attendre plus de 10 min au téléphone de la chambre pour obtenir quelqu’un et finalement finir par appeler depuis mon propre téléphone et que la réponse soit immédiate: les clients ayant déjà payé la chambre ne sont donc pas priorisé par rapport aux personnes appelant de l’extérieur, c’est vraiment limite.

Pour dépanner...

Dans l'ensemble correct. Il y a surement mieux pour ce prix là. Petit déjeuner très bien même si un peu cher.

Assez mal situé, non loin d'une zone commerciale. Obligé de prendre la voiture pour se rendre à Vannes. Le spa fait envie sur les photos, nous avons été déçu. Eau tiède, obligé de reserver à l'avance pour s'y rendre et attention une heure par jour seulement sinon il y a des suppléments. De plus, le ménage ne se fait aucune fois durant le séjour (seulement à partir d'une semaine) et il n'y a absolument rien pour nettoyer par nous même.

Location - exactly what we wanted. Apartment - perfect. Breakfast - choice, superb Allowed our pet.

Booking time for the swimming pool.🤷 Hamman - cold, very little steam. Smelled stale. Jacuzzis - time slot - but did not work, no bubbles, just a luke warm bath tub. Sauna - not very "Sauna", warm, disappointing. Just was so disappointed with the facilities, have stayed in numerous over the years, booked this hotel because of their facilities, to be let down. Sauna, Hamman and Jacuzzi. 😔

Excellent facilities with fast transfers into the city centre

Excellent rooms - an entire apartment!. Well appointed. Bus from outside straight into town. Good electric car charging infrastructure.

Swimming pool is not suitable for swimmers. It is too shallow and residents use it to walk up & down.

All in all we loved our stay, would repeat 100%

The facilities were great, we enjoyed the spa the following morning for an hour which is included and the apartment had everything you could need. The bed was really big and super comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike, the only thing is that the location isn’t the best.
