Breezyville Northeast Sun is a 7 bedroom lockout, beachside Gulf Shores Beach House Rental. This vacation home offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. The beach is right in your backyard, enjoy! Breezyville is made up of 4 houses - a beachside community that shares a pool overlooking the Gulf. The Northeast house has easy beach access, with only one Breezyville house in front.

The Northeast Sun house offers 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 26 guests. This rental is the lockout option, meaning that the third floor will be locked and not for use. Have a larger group? Book the 12 bedroom full house to accommodate 40 guests. With an ideal location in the heart of Gulf Shores, enjoy many restaurants and shops within walking distance!

On the first floor of the house, you'll find 5 bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a King bed each and each has a private bathroom with a bathtub & a shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen beds with a private shower/tub combo. Finally, Bedrooms 4 & 5 each have 2 Queen beds and they both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second floor contains a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large, cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and there is also a half bath. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 6 with 2 Queen beds & balcony access, and Bedroom 7 with 3 Twin over Twin bunks. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Okay, One side of sink was clogged in the bathroom where we slept. I cleaned it ut it still drained very slow. Two of the bed room Floors were very weak. One right at the shower; one bedroom floor was stratched up by the bed and seems as though a child had painted on it. I took pictures. I am thinking that's all I took note of.

This property is a really nice place. The house was big and spacious. Parking was very adequate pool was nice and it is a very short walk to the beach. The management team seem to be on it for us any concern we had they addressed promptly. Thanks for making this a great vacation for me and my family.

The property was beautiful! Beach right behind, pool even closer. The only thing I can say is if you don't mind stairs this is a great place to come but it has a lot of stairs to climb. But once you get where you going it's nice

Beautiful house, great location

The house is beautiful and perfect for large crowds. We were disappointed in housekeeping, which in no way reflects on the owner. The floors were extremely dirty, there were dirty socks left under the bed. The mattress pads were not clean and a couple of the bathrooms didn’t look very clean. We called the property manager and they sent housekeeping back out and they did a little better job. Other than that, the house is beautiful and roomy and a great location.

Awesome new beach house

Awesome new beach house

Two families, 13 people, plenty of beds. Could have had another family if needed. A new construction or newly renovated, everything worked great. The house is one of 4 in a cluster on the beach side of the road, even as the second row the views were great. We will try and stay there again next time. Prickett properties were easy to work with. .
