Make family memories at this old character home beach front charmer with incredible views of Lake
Erie. Located on Thunder Bay you'll feel like you've stepped back in time as Windmill Point Place is decorated with antiques. This three bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps eight.

Space abounds both inside and out. Inside you'll find a fully-equipped farm house style kitchen, large
richly wood panelled living room, formal dining room, as well as a den. Outside there is an expansive
lawn for your enjoyment which leads you to the beach and you'll even have access to private tennis
courts. Make sure to bring rackets and balls.

If up-to-date new, new, new is more your style, than we recommend you pass this one by. However, if
you are looking for that yesteryear feeling with the beach right at your back door, then book!

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.

Beautiful historic home with tons of character. Plenty of room for my family of six. We toured Nearby Niagara Falls and enjoyed the beach of Lake Erie.

Easy drive from Ohio, affordable, loved listening to the lake and lake views from the bedrooms, porch, kitchen, living and TV rooms. Even enjoyed the storm on the lake at night. We played, roamed, ate and enjoyed local history immensely. Thanks to the managers and hosts for being flexible with our check in/check out.

Lovely and comfortable house with spectacular view on the lake, great beach just in front with almost nobody around, nice swimming in the waves, large field between the house and the beach to play outside. Lots of furniture in the kitchen. Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls around 25-30 min by car.

A lovely house with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. Lots of windows for wonderful cross breezes and plenty of period furniture, all the while having updated bathrooms and kithchen. Very quiet and close to Fort Erie and Crystal Beach. We will visit again!

The property was all that we had hoped it would be and more! It is actually larger than the photos make it look. That was a pleasant surprise to have the spacious kitchen, living room and a full dining room. We had a rainy day over the weekend and it couldn't have been a better place. Coffee on the back patio covered by an awning, quiet, peaceful and BEACHFRONT! I own a travel business and rent all over the world, this was a unique gem and we are already booked again for next year.

Perfect combination of charm and practical. Pretty, quaint rooms with fully equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms. Lovely having the wide clean beach at the bottom of the garden, with the cottage nestled under tall cool shade trees. Evening marshmallow roasts are permitted on the beach so all and all, it was heavenly.

Location was beautiful. Right on the water. Housekeeping leaves much to be desired. Musty smell was overpowering when entering house. BBQ was rusted and dirty with utensils still inside. Stove was dirty with oven needed cleaning. Self cleaning oven. How much effort does that involve. Fridge dirty. Black mole on bathtub and shower door tracks. No soap in bathrooms. We cleaned kitchen when arrived. Surprised as with all COVID restrictions. Arrival and departure hours unacceptable. 5:00 pm and 10:00 am. Never had hours like that in any other VRBO stay. We will not return. Beautiful house needs lots of love and care.
