About this apartment rental

The apartment is on the upper floor of a two-family house built in the 1950s. The house is located in a quiet (30 zone) side street of a small, rural community, 10km from the district town of Coburg (45,000 inhabitants). The world cultural city of Bamberg can be reached in just 20 minutes. Cycling, hiking and driving routes can be reached in the immediate vicinity. Bakery, bank, and a restaurant are only a 5-minute walk away. There are three spas within a radius of 12-28 km. You reach the apartment via your own stairs. Suitcases and shoes can be parked in front of the entrance to the FW. After entering the FW, which is covered with parquet, you will find the bedroom on the left. With a double bed, 1.64x2.00 m, and a four-door cupboard with a height of 2.25 m, equipped with hangers. For 2 pillows and 2 duvets, 2x bed linen is available. A desk and chair, an armchair and a mute servant are also available. The bedroom can be darkened with blinds. Opposite is the separate toilet, tiled and with daylight. The bathroom is also tiled. It has a spacious shower, washbasin cabinet and wall unit, daylight, a towel dryer, a hair dryer. Towels of various sizes are available. If these are not sufficient, you can use your own washing machine, as well as a drying room. The kitchen is also tiled, with an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a stereo. In the cupboards you will find coffee and dining utensils for 6 people. Cutlery for 6 people, as well as pots and pans in different sizes. Cooking utensils, tea towels ect. In the living room you have a dining area with 4 chairs, a 5th chair can be added from the kitchen from the small dining area. There is a large sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed, 1 pillow and 1 duvet are available. Next to a rocking chair is the exit to the 5.5 sqm terrace, which is equipped with a table and two chairs. In the living room closet there is a television with flat screen, books and various types of glass for 6 people. The living room can also be darkened with blinds.

Wer nicht unbedingt in Coburg nächtigen möchte, dem kann ich diese Ferienunterkunft nur empfehlen. Ein Minuspunkt wäre zu vergeben: " die Parkmöglichkeit ist nicht so toll. Es ist zwar eine 30iger Zone, leider wird dort aber viel und oft durchgerast!

Gemütlichkeit und Erholung

Eine gemütlich eingerichtete Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Bad Staffenstein bietet einige gute Wanderrouten. Der Empfang in der Wohnung war sehr herzlich und die Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Die Küche ist mit allerlei Gerätschaften optimal ausgestattet. Ein Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus verfügbar. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und wohnt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Er hat ebenfalls seine Unterstützung bei Fragen oder Auskunft zugesagt. Alle Beteiligten sind sehr um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in Küche, Bad und überall sonst, es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Fenster haben fast ale Rolladen und fliegengitter, so kann man gut abdunkeln oder mal über Nacht lüften, wenn es Tagsüber zu heiß dafür ist. Die Umgebung (Fränkische Schweiz/ Türinger Wald/...) war für uns als Motorradfahrer/in natütlich genial - und für die Regentage gab es wertvolle Tips von Heidrun P. . Wir waren sehr zufrieden, weil wir unsere Privatsphäre hatten und trotzdem immer für alle Fragen einen direkten Draht bekommen haben, selbst Spezialwünsche waren kein Problem! Die direkte Umgebung der FeWo istschön und rihug, trotzdem ist der Bäcker zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrzeug gut zu erreichen, selbst der Weg zum Supermarkt ist ein Katzensprung und wird beschrieben, genauso wie die Tips für Cafe's und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wenn wir wieder nach Oberfranken in den Urlaub fahren, werden wir zuerst Bei Heidrun P. nachfragen, ob die Whg. zum Wunschtermin frei ist. Aus unserer Erfahrung können wir diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
