Welcome to Coco Palm Place! This spectacular private beach home features a spacious open floor plan which makes it an ideal setting for entertaining + relaxing with family and friends! Coco Palm Place's impeccably maintained tropical rear yard feels like a luxury resort, while providing absolute privacy throughout this wonderful setting. Additionally, the private lounge features an oversized 40 foot in length by 20 foot in width Salt Water Heated Pool for your enjoyment! The lounge areas feature all new chaise lounge chairs with an oversized 10 foot wide umbrella. Poolside dining is also available with a table umbrella, as well as a new Weber propane BBQ.

Upon entering Coco Palm Place, you are greeted by a warm and inviting foyer entry. The spacious living area is bright and open plus features unobstructed views of the private rear yard and heated pool lounge areas. The comfortable living area is furnished with a large Leather Sectional Sofa + Glass Coffee Table + 65" Samsung Smart Streaming 4K TV + Two (2) Leather Chairs. Coco Palm Place recently underwent a professional makeover, from top to bottom, in which the home was newly furnished and designed in a high end, contemporary, decor. We trust the end result speaks for itself and our guests enjoy the design, feel and comfort of this wonderful beach home as much as we do when we occupy Coco Palm Place! The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will require while on vacation. Kitchen features include stainless appliances, full size refrigerator + freezer, full size wall oven, microwave, electric range cooktop, full size dishwasher, plus a separate beverage refrigerator. Additionally, the kitchen features both a standard coffee maker, as well as a Keurig Classic Single Serve Coffee Maker. The spacious kitchen counter provides barstool counter dining for six (6). The open formal dining area features a beautiful, contemporary, glass dining table with seating for ten (10), while providing unobstructed pool lounge area views.
The private Master Suite Bedroom is newly furnished and features a King Bed + Memory Foam Mattress + 48" Samsung Smart Streaming 4K TV + granite counter computer workstation (can also be used as a makeup counter) + two (2) closets + En Suite Master Suite Bathroom with custom walk in shower. Bedroom Two features a King Bed + Memory Foam Mattress + Two (2) Nightstands + 48" Samsung Smart Streaming 4K TV + Full Size Closet. Bedroom Three (3) features Queen Bed + Memory Foam Mattress + 48" Samsung Smart Streaming 4K TV + Trundle Sofa Bed which consists of Two (2) Separate Memory Foam Twin Mattresses + Full Size Closet. Bedroom Four features a Queen Bed + Memory Foam Mattress + 48" Samsung Smart Streaming 4K TV. Bathroom Two (Full Size) has been nicely updated and Features a Shower / Bath + Marble Vanity Sink.
Coco Palm Place is conveniently located within a relaxing 3-5 minute walk of the public beach access portal, situated less than two (2) blocks away on Ocean Boulevard.
Please Note: For your safety, there is a lighted intersection in which to cross the street (Ocean Boulevard) to access the beach. The walk is very easy and, in addition, Coco Palm Place is equipped with complimentary Beach Chairs + Beach Umbrellas + Beach Toys + Beach Cart for your enjoyment.
