Great staff and quality hotel rooms for a low price

The staff were extremely nice and the value of the the hotel was great for what it provided. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, and the kitchen that was provided (even though we didn't use it) was high quality. Free coffee was provided in the mornings. Also Colonial Beach is 20 minutes away, a nice Potomac river beach.

Not even sure this can be called a negative, but there is not much to do close to the hotel and not many restaurant options. This didn't matter much to us since we were just stopping for the night on a roadtrip, but is probably good to know if you're planning to stay multiple nights.

I was disappointed on the room and behavior of one staff member, room was not up to par

I loved the property some staff were very polite. The lady at the reception area tried to make it better by getting us some spray and plug ins for the room.

What I didn’t like was that when we got into the room the room smelled of dirty carpet. No one came around to change the garbage or give us new towels I had to go down to get toilet paper. On our last day my husband was disrespected by a staff member over a piece of tape that he was going to pick up that fell to the ground the man. the staff member told my husband well I guess your mother didn’t raise you correctly. That is disrespectful because of that incident I will not return and various other things.

The room smelled brand spanking new. Double queen beds with 4 pillows each. Huge business desk. Kitchenette with 2 burner stove, full size fridge, counter space in the bathroom for 2 people not to be in the way of each other. Doggie area with poopie bags for picking up. Plenty of parking.

Bring your own soap and shampoo…

Good location, new building, very clean, comfy bed and chair, nice kitchenette, stove, frig. Quiet and convenient parking.

The small bar of soap provided was dried up and did not produce suds?! weird….my only complaint. also no shampoo or other products provided.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, immaculately clean Great convenient location traveling on route 301.

Free coffee but all other breakfast options ( wrapped fast food items ) were only available to purchase

Had to be in Dahlgren for a funeral, and the welcoming, clean room made a hard trip better.

staff is super-friendly and welcoming! Room is comfortable, clean, and spacious enough to work and rest.

Nothing negative to say-the only thing I didn’t like was the construction next-door, and that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

My reservation was confirmed, paid, and cancel it only because the admin couldn't call me!!! Crazy

My reservation was confirmed, paid, i went to the hotel at 9pm and the guy of the front desk tell me that My reservation was cancelled, and i said, why? If My reservation is confirmed and paid, and he tells only because he can't call me because i'm a Foreigner, and My phone has a lot of numbers, i was very dissapointed!! I had to find a new hotel at 10pm... Don't recomend this hotel!!!
