Villa BORA~BORA : VILLA of 260 m2 on a lovely wooded land of 1.300 m2.

Villa completely refurbished, very bright and spacious, decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps 9 people (+ 1 or 2 babies). The interior is comfortable with notably new and high-standard bedding. Beautiful pool secured by an alarm in 12 x 4 meters (+ many deck chairs). Large private Parking (4 or 5 vehicles). There are also 2 large tables + 2 garden Lounge for dining outside or enjoying the amazing unobstructed sea views. The views from inside the house are incredible too.

RARE at SAINTE-MAXIME : CENTRAL Villa by the SEA !

This lovely 4 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms 5 toilets villa is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, close by walking from the city center and the beach. You will enjoy to not use the car (as traffic is high from April to October, and parking sought) to reach the shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, bars sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakeries, glaciers, old covered market… This quarter is a lively and pedestrian area.

Its location is really a major asset. The sea is at around 500 meters from the villa ! It is one of the few houses with a pool as close to the center (10 min by foot) and to the seaside (3 min). The first supermarket is at 7 min by walking.

All is very modern and thought to give high standard comfort : beddings, linen and towels, showers and hot water, kitchen & household appliances, all furniture and deckchairs, air conditioning or heating (controlled thermostat in each room), indoor and outdoor lighting, heated pool etc...

4 BEDROOMS (Quiet, Quality Bedding) – 4 BATHROOMS – SLEEPS 9 !

VILLA on 2 LEVELS :

o Ground floor of 150 m2 living space and 150 m2 of terraces including :
- a fully equipped open kitchen : dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, oven and fridge-freezer ...
- a large dining room, and a modern living room with high ceilings (3.80 m) including 2 large sofas that can seat 8 people, accompanied by small armchairs and ottomans, TV with foreign channels, all overlooking a large terrace with PANORAMIC SEA view, with tables for 9 settings as well as a garden furniture and mini-deckchairs.
- entrance, separate WC with sink.
- Bedroom (38 m2) with Dressing, bathroom and toilet, terrace and SEA VIEW.

o Pool level (with also 150 m2 of terraces) :
- 2 large bedrooms (for both : a bathroom, dressing room, overlooking the pool terrace). SEA views.
- 1 independent bedroom of 20 m2 with kitchenette, full bathroom and cupboards. SEA view.

All the rooms are spacious, air conditioned and very QUIET. The bedding is new and of high quality, composed of 4 Queen Size beds (160 * 200) + 1 single bed in 90 * 200 + a baby cot. Each of the 4 air-conditioned bedrooms has its private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer) as well as a wardrobe or dressing room... and offers a panoramic SEA VIEW (RARE) !

HEATED POOL on request ( only FROM MAY 1 to SEPTEMBER 30) : extra cost of 150 Euros per week (cash payment).

-- For a 3 weeks stay = PLEASE NOTE that the mid-stay cleaning is obligatory (whole cleaning of the house + laundry, change of all the towels and sheets) = 450 Euros to pay by cash upon arrival.

On site : many deckchairs. An outdoor shower (hot / cold) near the pool. BBQ. A large garden furniture + a sitting and Lounge area. Also a washing machine and dryer, table and iron. Baby equipment if needed : bed with mattress, high chair...

Access to the seaside (in 3 min). First beach accessible : 15 min. walk.
Beach towels provided. The “Plage de la Nartelle” (famous site, large sandy beach) is at only 5 minutes by car. There you will find several restaurants (and bars) on the beach, rental of deckchairs, nautical activities, paddle, parasailing...

Access to Saint-Tropez : by shuttles (Green boats every day and night in Summer) from the Port of Sainte-Maxime that you can reach in just 10 min. walk away.

We had a lovely week staying at the villa ,it’s very spacious with very good outdoor space ,the views are stunning and Sainte Maxime is very pretty .I would recommend hiring a car because although it’s not far to the centre it is quite hilly . The check in and communication with Laurent and Veronica went very smoothly. The only criticism I would have is the bedding wasn’t great , we had an empty duvet cover as a sheet and the pillows were a bit lumpy . The kitchen was very well equipped although we could have done with a few more servings bowls for salads etc .

We had a truly relaxing week at Villa Bora Bora with family. Vanessa was welcoming and informative on arrival. The Villa was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The pool was beautifully warm without the need for heating and was a good size for swimming lengths.

Great rental!

We stayed for a week in early July in this lovely house – everything was as advertised and expected. The home was very clean, comfortable, close to town, amazing view, great pool, comfortable big living/dining room. All very nice for the 6 of us. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well which was good because if was very hot the entire week. We know the area, but had never stayed in Sainte Maxime, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was fun and lively, plenty of good restaurants and things to do in the evening, lots of shops to browse, friendly atmosphere, nice beaches and beach restaurants (Nartelle). We took the Bateaux Verts to Sainte Tropez a couple of times and that could not have been be easier, and lots of fun! Laurent and Vanessa were helpful and responsive. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
