The living/dining area features a cozy open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV with air conditioning for your comfort. It leads directly to the terrace, providing easy access to outdoor living spaces. The house has four well-appointed bedrooms, with two rooms containing two 90-cm beds each, one measuring 200 cm in length and the other 190 cm. Another room offers two 120-cm beds at 190 cm in length, complete with air conditioning and access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a dedicated billiard room for your enjoyment.

The house is equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your stay. The open kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Air conditioning and heating systems are available to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout your stay. Outdoor spaces are equally inviting, with a large 36-square-meter terrace, partly roofed, featuring terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, and deck chairs for your relaxation. Practical facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, and a baby cot are also provided.
