Situated above the town away from the rush & bustle, but within walking distance. Approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the town and attractions such as the Skyline Gondola, SS Earnslaw steamboat, jetboat trips etc.
Spectacular views over Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. Watch the varied activity on the lake.
Fully equipped kitchen for those who wish to self-cater.
Heatpump keeps the unit cosy in winter and also cool in summer.
Best suited to singles, 1 couple or families. Not suitable for 2 couples.

This was a great place to stay during my recent trip to Queenstown. It is in a great location close to the township, the views are fabulous, the place was clean and tidy and it was warm. It has great facilities available with washing machine/dryer etc. The communication prior to arriving in Queenstown was good with clear instructions on finding the place and the key. Definitely recommend and I would stay there again.

Was as advertised. Great location. Easy walk to town, bus, shops, but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. The view was spectacular. Thanks so much.

Great Queenstown base for our family of 4. Easy walk to the centre of town and all attractions. Very comfortable and well equipped with all the amenities- we especially appreciated the electric blankets, good heating, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher. Fantastic communication from host Brian. Excellent value for money. Would recommend and would stay again.

What a View! Spectacular Scenery looking out over the lake and at the mountains. Well equiped with everything required (comfortable bed, lovely kitchen, dining & lounge). Great instructions snd very helpful communication from the owner. A peaceful stay that was a short walk into town (8 minutes).

Lovely accommodation and stunning views. We were little disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub as it is stated on the website. I think a bbq will be wonderful as the patio is such a lovely space for evening Alfresco dining. We enjoyed our stay

Was great to stay here - we did the Routeburn walk so we’re away for two nights but friends were able to make use of the apartment while we were away. We had everything we needed and found it very close to town - convenient for walking to shops, restaurants etc. Also able to wash out our hiking gear and get it all dried outside before continuing our holiday.

Perfect spot for a few days in Queenstown. Easy walk (less than 10mins) into the centre of town and main attractions. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you could need. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We loved looking out the huge windows to the lake. Really happy with all aspects of our stay.

The property was good. 10 minute walk to town and gondola. Good views of the bay. Had everything you needed. Good size for the 2 or us. Brian was quick to answer and gave tips on things and information as there were road works. Will stay again

A breath taking view over the lake from the comfort of the couch or dinning table, we sat there in amazement of how beautiful the view was. good sleeping arrangements, great kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and drier was a bonus. Nice walking distance to town but not a nice walk back. Also driveway is a little steep so a car with low bumpers are not nice to get in to the driveway, but I figured out a way to get in and out with hardly scrapping. overall for me and my friends we loved our stay at this property and would recommend it for small groups. Nice little cousy unit that is within a 5-10min walk into town (a bit longer walking back as it is uphill) The street and some of the houses around it are a little run down, but the unit is in great order, with everything you need except WiFi. Property Manager were great and prompt with their responses as well :)

In general extremely happy the property is a great option and we would stay again for sure, two areas for improvement upgrade of TV size as we watched a lot of Olympics, and internet wifi is a must for a family.

Great little 2 bedroom place to stay with large living room anex kitchen. We found it spotlessly clean. Good bedding, kitchen and heat pump. Very quiet. Beautiful view. Off street parking. Walking distance (10 min) to town.

The unit had everything we needed and was an ideal base from which to travel around the Queenstown region. Really enjoyed the magnificent views of the lake and mountains. Would certainly consider staying at this address again in the future.

This home has wonderful views of the lake and is very close to town. Although it is up a very steep road and the general area seems rather run down. The bach is a purpose built holiday home - so it lacks the charm of a more traditional bach. But it has everything you need - although wifi would be a great addition.

You don't often get exactly what you see in the ad - but this time we did. A great little bach with a stunning view. Place was very clean and close to town. The bunk bed could have been a little more stable!
